Great location Helpful staff Free breakfast and dinner Sento on site Bed was a little uncomfortable and pillow was very uncomfortable

It was dirty, under the bed was someone else's trash left for a while (empty disposable water bottle, months of dust & multiple water bpttoe caps), which made me wonder what else they were not cleaning frequently

The hotel was an amazing value for the price! Dinner and breakfast were both included in the price. Dinner was really good and very filling. The room was smaller, and the beds were not the most comfortable, but they were perfectly fine (I find that Japanese beds tend to be a bit firmer than those in typical Western hotel chains). The bathroom was also small, but typical for many Japanese hotels. The location could not be beat - it was right next to the train station! This made dealing with luggage a breeze! It's also within walking distance to Himeji Castle. As previously mentioned, the room and bathroom were small, and the beds were not the most comfortable, though this is relative to Western expectations. Breakfast was okay - this was my first real introduction to the types of foods that are typically available in the morning in Japan. Their Western options included spaghetti and meatballs, which are not typical breakfast foods for me. Everything tasted good, just not what I was initially expecting!

Price and location! Breakfast and dinner Is included and hot Bath is available. You can’t find this anywhere with their prices? Sauna has been out of order for a long time and I hope they can fix it.

It was located at the heart of the city. Near to places like the malls and train station. None.

The location only 100 metres from Himeji Station is brilliant, easy to push wheeled luggage and access the facilities there. My single room was spacious and clean. The public bath on top floor (Mens) has a brilliant view and is quite enjoyable after a day's activity; includes steam room and cold bath. Women's bath on the next floor down is secured - just ask at reception. Breakfast is included in the tariff and is acceptable basic fare. Three things to be aware of; I didn't mind these but some might prefer knowing beforehand. (1] Finding it is a little tricky - some local maps suggest the entrance is on a street parallel to the train line, and facing south away from the station. Others show it correctly, as on a street leading from the South Station entrance, at an angle to the train line, with entrance facing north toward the train line. Furthermore there is no English signage at the street entrance - only Japanese. The entrance comprises red polished stone and glass doors, with a short corridor leading to reception. (2) Being so close to the station, the speeding Shinkansen create an audible rumble, but are great to watch from bath area. (3) There are no corridors leading to rooms - just railed "skyways" in horizontal and vertical breezeways, open to any weather. The doors are strong.

Really spacious room with a sofa, a table and a nice view on passing shinkansen trains, also love theie teakettles. When I came to hotel earlier then 6PM, there were sheets and trash bags laying on the floor in the corridor just outside rooms, which seems that just cleaning stuff didn't finish the work yet

For the prize to get an entire room for yourself, in other cities that prices only is affordable for hostels. Also it's very close to Himeji station so it's very convenient. Nothing, everything was ok

Dinner was simple but enjoyable. The included onsen was just icing on the cake! Room was kind of dirty, and ac was bad.

The big bath was wonderful and the rooms were comfortable. The food was acceptable, though not anything special. It is a bit aged, and while I wouldn't say it was dirty, it is not shiny and new. The elevators are pretty slow.

Great value since room rate included both a simple breakfast and dinner. The location was very convenient, located right next to the train station. Plenty of restaurants and shops closeby. The room was a bit outdated, and the sofa had a large stain. But it was nice to have a sofa.
