location and stuff is great! the room is very clean not enough things in room, cotton pads, shower cap etc
-
Staffs are friendly, room size is big. Noisy, breakfast is poor.
-
Everything was ok. The pictures look better than rhe actual room. Otherwise no shortcomings. We only stayed 1 short night though.
-
I had a huge room with basic kitchen and a bar. Very quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. the decor was a bit tired, but so what?
-
The room and sitting area was spacious with a work table. Storage place was also exceptional. All in all very good homely type hotel with enough space to move around. Located on a quiet road but just a turn away all the hustle bustle of District 1 can be experienced. I did not get park facing room as anticipated and this was a disappointment. The breakfast time should be till at least 10 am from current 9.30 am. Besides, menu is too limited and mostly available on "made to order" basis rather than buffet spread aa in many other hotels.

More options in vegetarian breakfast

Convenient location close to all District 1 attractions. Great size room with a comfy lounge. Bathroom was good size and shower didn’t make whole floor wet. Staff were friendly but didn’t speak great English. Cafe attached to the hotel made pretty good cappuccinos!! One the A/C’s in our large room didn’t work (no remote??) Breakfast was very disappointing. And the bed was really hard (personal preference only)

I was immediately given an upgraded room which probably was close to 400 square feet! More than I needed this place could sleep four people easily. The breakfast was good. They were a little slow at having it ready at the advertised time they said was 6:30. But it did not take long for them to be on top of it and you could order your eggs in the meantime while they were still setting up the breakfast. I would give the breakfast a solid 7 out of 10. The staff was super nice. Breakfast did not really start at 6:30 but that was not that big a deal. They were there setting up so you could still eat.

The air conditioner leaked and there was a smell when it was turned on (probably not serviced). Sofa cushioning was gone. Kettle seemed quite old.
-
Friendly staff Water not always hot, which was ok for me but not for everyone Room not as neat as on the photos
-
Great location in District 1 with a friendly and helpful staff. The two bedroom apartment was well appointed with separate baths and a large sitting room.
-
Apartment was very bare. Did not provide cutlery or tableware. Sofa was a little dirty. Elevator and hallway was dripping water (almost slipped over)
-
Centrally located to all the major attractions in district 1 (within walking distance). None

Location. Despite reconfirming the airport pickup service, I waited at Ho Chi Minh airport for an hour trying to find my name-card in vain. After calling to the hotel for 2 times, I was told to move on my own arrangement . Anyway, after coming to the hotel, I was told that I will be given 2 separate rooms instead of my 2 bedroom apartment. After my strong objection they provide us Interconnected room at Level -1. We went there and found that a lock of the window was broken and the key of the main interconnected door was not working. We informed the matter at the reception but they could do nothing.

The property is nice and clean. It locates in the middle of District 1, so everything is convenience. The room is good looking, clean. N/A
-
Spacious room with separate sitting area. We enjoyed the made to order breakfast menu. Next to school. Noisy at times.
-
Lovely hotel, staff were extremely helpful. We were upgraded to a better room. Location is perfect - away from the noise but close to the action. Nothing

Location, room size, tidiness
-
Very large room. Location was good. The shower had very poor pressure and hot water was not always available. Bed was quite firm but acceptable. I really did not enjoy the breakfast. While you could order from a menu when it came it was cold. Limited buffet items that were not great.

Very good Location Below average breakfast Mouldy smell. Dirty hotel room. Stains on walls, towels, bed linen, curtains etc. Hardly any water comes out of the shower and lukewarm at best No soundproofing. You can hear the other hotel guests in their rooms way too well. The neighbouring school can be heard loudly from half past six on. So you dont need an Alarm to wake up. The handle on one window was broken. The window was fixed to the frame with a screw. The botched job was done so badly that a gap of 1cm remained and the mosquitoes had free access.
