Great value for money and location.

The location was perfect only a few minutes walk from opera house. Had everything I needed in the room and wi fi was very good. Slept well hotel was quiet. Would stay here again. The breakfast was very simple

Breakfast options limited, but served a purpose. Great location if you want to be in the thick of things in a very busy city. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room quite small, but we had asked for an additional single bed for our son, so understandable.

My room is spacious and the bed is comfy; the hotel is wonderful and clean; the staff is friendly and constantly welcomes me; A25 offers appliances from well-known brands; and the costs are extremely reasonable. Breakfast is also great. Highly recommended.

The room was clean, modern, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, close to business areas and essential amenities. The reception was incredibly friendly. It was the perfect spot to start my mornings and relax after work.

Lean , safety , convince good foods and all the staffs are very nice. Such as Tơ , Nhàn , Sơn and Chí Công . They are so kind and polite with clients. Nothing to complain ????

Staff are extremely helpful and friendly For a budget hotel had everything you could ask for plus more room was comfortable and breakfast was basic but still good It’s within a very short walk to to Walking Street and all the activities

Good location, no smell There was a water shortage but they quickly fixed it.

Very good location, 5min walk from the walking street and opera house. Room was ok, spacious and with decent bathroom (excellent toiletries!). We were initially given a room on the last floor (6th) which was a bit hard to find because the elevator only goes until the 5th floor. When we found the room we realised it is located at the end of the breakfast room, which is not acceptable since breakfast starts at 6am (including the expected noise coming from people having breakfast + music on the tv). Luckily for us we had booked a different room so we asked for a change, which they did. However, the new room (502) was located right next to the stairs that lead to the breakfast room so you’ll have noise starting from 6am anyway. For breakfast you can choose one option from a list (which is basically Pho or bread with eggs/sausage). They also have a very limited amount of fruit available.

Room 601, highest room in 6 floor is quite hot in summer. Air conditioner cannot cover whole room.

bua sang khong co gi ngon , cafe not hot enough the bed too small for a couple, (should be queen size) the mattress not soft enough, supply only 4 towels to be used for 3 days
