Location is perfect, walking distance to an array of shops, restaurants and bars. Good thing is, its near the night life yet not too noisy in the room. I'm so thankful for the room upgrade, I dont think I will ever experience a luxurious room like Sheraton Saigon ever again. The staff are very helpful, kind and always look out for the best for the guests.

I loved the overall experience and stay at property. Locality was great. So many options near by. Hop-on Hop-off bus was nearby. Loads of restaurants Breakfast was luxurious. Room was neat and clean. Very comfortable and spacious. Excellent service. Staff was very courteous. I cannot real think of anything which needs improvement.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was close to a lot of activities. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning except they ran out of some vegetarian food on one day.

Staff were excellent - spoke very well, friendly - nothing was a problem. Breakfast OK ( not a breakfast person) location & room very good. Menu at Ground Floor Restaurant - just personal. The non slip shower mats were NOT GOOD. they did not stick - making showers dangerous & stressful. The shower door opens out - result all the water on the shower door - falls on the floor outside the shower AND the bathroom ( outside the shower) becomes wet and slippery. This means after a shower I have to wipe the bathroom floor etc - bad design.

Location - good and center of city. Room - roomy and clean, breakfast - exceptional great Correlation between what I have ordered from Booking.com and what Saigon Sheraton received in their database: Not consistent in information in what they received, thus one of the room out of two rooms was not reserved during my first contract (10/02 to 10/06).
