Excellent location, close to main attractions and lots of restaurants and shopping. The room itself is comfortable and has a balcony. There was some dust in the room. The bathrooms are dated and the tubs are very high and hard to get into. Breakfast has few vegetarian/vegan options. The breakfast area staff didn’t let me refill my water bottle because the water was supposed to be for breakfast only. I had to get the manager to let them know that I could refill my water bottle.

The hotel has improved since my first stay a few years ago. I have stayed a few times and they are making a real effort to continuously improve the hotel. The lifts are still a little slow, but are kept clean and use a very pleasant fragrance in them.

Great location. Friendly staff. The room was of good size and clean. Breakfast choices for "western" food was very limited i.e. bread only - no pastries or croissants etc. no pancakes or french toast, no potatoes, no oatmeal or muesli, only room temp milk for the cereal. We understand we are not at home but a few more choices would have been nice

I have stayed here before. The hotel has had a recent upgrade, and the rooms were better than I expected. They billed me for my stay while I was booking in. This incurs an internation transaction fee on my credit card. I wish they had asked this first as I was expecting to pay at book out.

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and the staff were friendly and the location was great, definitely staying again in the near future. nothing really not to like and everyone's experience is different however no complaint from my end
