The location, bell guys, and restaurant staff. I absolutely did not like the ladies working the desk, especially this gal name Vu. She and the others are not helpful. They seem bother when you ask them a question. Our room had no hot water and air doesn’t work. We asked for a room change. But Vu decided to have people come in and insisted on fixing the plumbing and air. I told her her that’s a waste of time and just give us another room. After rolling her eyes, she finally gave us another room. Besides those girls from the reception, everyone else are extremely friendly.

There is no partition between rooms with balcony view and so it can be quite uncomfortable to see other guests going on one's balcony area.

TV was hard to manage (had to call to get channels working). Bathtub could have usedmore security bars.

The hotel has best location within this price range. It is located right on the Nguyen Hue pedestrian street and few minutes away from subway station. I stayed in room 208 and it was very loud. There was noise everyday when I was there.
