Excellent location where you can walk to all historical sites within 15 mins.

Atmosphere was friendly. Felt inviting. The food was excellent. The location was ideal for visiting HCMC. Our room was located in a space where the window looked at a stone wall (little outside light), and was adjacent to the industrial washing machine room, which ran all night long, resulting in minimal rest.

Prime location at the walking street. Nice park next door and Ho Chi Minh square just 50m away. Lots of key landmarks near by The AC at night was not working well and only could feel the air not the cooling. Due to which I could sense a foul smell in the room. One of the door bars feel on me as there was no screw attached in it.

The hotel location was great, you can walk to just about to all attractions in the area and that's it. We picked this hotel and booked a premium deluxe 36 meter square room nice and big for our 45th wedding anniversary. Check in took over 4 hours. When we checked in they said we where upgrade which was very nice of them, when we where taken to our room it was smaller then we booked! So some how we went from a large room to a smaller 26 square meter room with windows looking at a brick wall and same furnishings in both rooms so this was an upgrade. We politely said no thankyou and that we just would like the big room we booked and paid for, so they walked us across the hall to another room with a window view and same small size and again we said no we just want the room we booked. Ok now they took us to another floor and showed us another large room with one large bed in it which we said ok to but still wasn't the room we booked and paid for and would not be ready for another 3 hours. Well we waited 3 hours and nobody came near us in that time so we went to reception and the older lady who was on was so rude and unfriendly and said you room has been ready for some time, we said really nobody told us and she we have been busy could not careless. The porter took us to the room and again its a completely different room then we looked at so in the end we ended up after 4 hours and missing our wedding anniversary river cruise which we had booked and paid for with a lessor room than we booked and quite frankly they just did not care in anyway. Breakfast selection was quite poor and very limited and often running out at times. A coffee machine at breakfast or free coffee service would be a welcome addition, most hotels offer this now so I think they are a little bit behind the competition. On checking out there was hardly a word said, not how was your stay where you happy with your room or even thankyou for staying with us nothing.

The hotel provides outstanding service, the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is fantastic, and the location is excellent. There is no cooling air in the hotel hallway.

The staff were amazing and I appreciate what they all did to support me through a difficult situation I had while I was there. I was disappointed to be asked to leave the gym at 9pm when the published hours were until 10pm.
