This was our 3rd stay at the Huong Sen Hotel & hopefully not our last for my wife & l. Just a beautiful classic Hotel with great service & staff. Breakfast time was a treat from the rooftop location overlooking the city as everyone below started the day as we enjoyed the 1st class breakfast each morning. Location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city, within walking distance to landmark locations, shopping opportunities, bus & transport facilities. Ideal location in District 1 Ho Chi Minh for my wife & l to start & finish our extended trip through Vietnam & Cambodia. Pictures on the website are a true indication of what you will receive during your stay. Highly recommend this hotel. No complaints, very happy with our experience.

The staff was very accommodating and so very friendly.Everyone from the bellman, best clerk housekeepers There were some one itty bitty, tiny answer bugs roaming around everywhere if that could be fixed next time. I truly appreciate it. Absolutely, fantastic.The food was great.The service was great.The staff was great.I can't say enough about them

The location. I wanted a spacious room. Therefore, I booked for a Super Delux Double room with private balcony. However, they put me in room# 105 on the day I checked in. It was a tiny room and there was no balcony as stated in the room description. I called the service desk and complained. They said the room I requested was not available on that day.

Great location, right in the middle of District 1. Breakfast is consistent (I have stayed a number of times). The staff are pleasant and easy to deal with. I had a large room with a fixed divider in the middle of it. This made it impossible to watch television from the bed, which is how I like to catch the news in the morning. A stupid design fault.

Great location, good breakfast & customer services Room quality is need to update on furniture especially better mattress. Feel like modding on room, curtain shower is dirty & old. Bathtub is too high, it’s hard to step in for short people

For my couple day stay in Saigon this was the best option you could get: location excelent, real 3 star Hotel with no bullshit, there is comf rooms with all you need in there. Old fashion but all in good order and for price you pay all is in top level. Nice to stay there.

I’m very happy with this hotel. I have recently had some bad stays with Booking.com and was ready to delete them from my phone. This hotel had awesome staff, breakfast was great, doorman was very prompt, never had to wait for an elevator, perfect location in District 1.I checked out early in the morning and the front desk had a breakfast to go bag ready for my wife and I, seriously how cool is that!!

Although this hotel is dated we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast Buffet was by far better than some of the four star hotels. Our room was clean and spacious! The gym could do with some updates. The treadmill was not great and the weights extremely old and not a lot of choice. My only other complaint was the pillows in our room.

Great location for walking, snacking and bars in between sights-seeing tours. Hotel has a nice quiet roof top bar vibe in the evening. Don’t go to breakfast after 9am, there are only scraps and no staff (no eggs, no chef, cold watery tea, toaster turned off, three bits of bread, etc.) Scraps. Young wait-staff clear tables only and don’t want to be there…
