The AC is not that cold. The room has some dust. Water heater in the shower is not getting hot. No cleaning is done in the room for 3-days of stay.

The location is good , is the last point positive i found for this hotel . It’s such a shame, because the location is actually great. But a little renovation in the rooms wouldn’t hurt at all. The aircon is broken and makes a horrible noise at night. In the bathroom: the faucet is broken, and the toilet… oh my god — does your housekeeping even check the condition of the rooms? The showerhead is broken, water sprays everywhere. The windows are rotten, the wood is moldy, and you can’t even close them properly. And in terms of amenities: no complimentary water, no coffee or tea offered… really? These rooms are supposed to be “Deluxe.” What exactly makes them deluxe?

Nothing Everything. It was very dirty rust in the bathroom ceiling. Shower didn’t work correctly. Bed sheets were mouldy.

The location is good. Walkable to many different attractions. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is clean. The room was small. Much smaller than advertised. There was sometimes issues getting hot water. No fault of the hotel themselves, the nearby church rings their bells at very odd hours, generally very, very early in the morning which wakes us up.

Nothing! Booked on Booking and be canceled at last minutes! And the reason is the room let others taken! So unacceptable! I reparation everything took taxi to there and get call to be canceled! Be careful to book this hotel!

Something was banging the whole time, I couldn't sleep. They were probably building a house next door.
