I paired for a 6 bed bedroom and in the room there was a seventh bed, so we were seven and no one advised us of the extra bed or extra people. Breakfast was ok but half of the days there was not a lot left at 9 am, and things were not properly replaced. Beds were quite hard and uncomfortable, I had some back pain for that.

I would like to have a hand towel, not only a body towel. The mattress could be a bit more soft but for those who like harder mattresses it was fine.

We got a private room. Very good location, staff was very nice. Quiet, Breakfast was good. Good value just be cognizant of what the price you pay and expectations. Room was basic and we just needed a clean place to sleep. At this rate it was good value compared to others in the area. There is no hot water in the shower, water is lukewarm not an issue for some people just takes a minute to get used to.

Good location, walkable distance to main attractions in the area. Surprisingly decent international buffet breakfast with a good variety of food Was advertised as a hotel but turned out to be a hostel, which was a big disappointment Not that clean unless you are a local and is used to the environment. Air conditioner was barely cooling and thus it was difficult to sleep due to the heat. Came in early to drop ours bags off around 11AM. Our room was apparently ready but the staff wouldn’t let us check-in early unless each person write a 5 star google review, which feels like a scam to me as we haven’t set foot yet. Although the staff was nice, we didn’t like the pressure as the room was resdy anyway.

I had a really great stay at Phan Anh Hotel in Saigon! ? The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, so it’s easy to walk to the market, major attractions, and plenty of food and coffee spots nearby. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean and comfortable, whether you choose a private room or dorm. I stayed in a private room and found it very cozy, quiet, and affordable, excellent value for money. Breakfast was included, tasty, and a great start before heading out to explore the city. Overall, Phan Anh Hotel is a perfect choice for budget travelers who want a convenient, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. Great location and really amazing staff. The breakfast was also good for its price. Plus, there's a market nearby and a lot stores so you can easily buy what you need.

It is a hostel, not a hotel. The breakfast was the same every morning....dry and cold Ramen noodles, cold eggs, waffles, bananas, and a local fruit.

Cleanliness and breakfast is excellent No proper ventilation, the hostel location is packed inside a narrow street and there is no room for ventilation, only one window ventilation available inside the room. Not good for families but singles/bachelors can prefer to stay.

Very kind staff, convenient location with a big supermarket and market very close. We booked a tour for Mekong Delta and it was good. Rooms also are convenient and clean

It is an excellent location, on a quiet alley a short distance to Bui Vein and just around the corner from a beautiful market. The owner, Miss Hang, is very nice. Airport pick ups and drop offs were fairly priced and very efficient. The a/c was just cool enough. The young gentleman who is usually at the front desk during the day has a slight air of indifference.
