The air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly, and we were only provided with a fan as a workaround, which wasn’t sufficient for comfort. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, especially for those looking for chicken or vegetarian choices.

The friendly staff are great. Very accommodating to all concerns. The location of the property is ideal to tourist spots. The specific i didn't like at all is the mode of payment. They only accept cash. Not an ideal thing for a Hotel at downtown area.

The hotel looks like they hold themselves in a higher standard. People came out to help us with our luggage’s. Would be nice if someone helped bring our luggage’s to our room. Would be greatly appreciated.

Location was great. Nice clean rooms. Rooms are very noisy. We stayed twice. Once on second floor and once on fourth floor. They were both loud. You can hear the kitchen noise early in the morning. The maids yell to each other on the floors and the elevator sings nonstop. Did not get good sleep.

The location is perfect. Many places of interest can be reach by foot. The bed and bathroom are spacious. I'm traveling with family (4 adult 1 child 7yo). The family room have 2 big bed that can accomodate all of us. It also has a balcony with great view of Ho Chi Minh. The breakfast menu can be better..

Location are good. Breakfast are average. The toilet are clean. I have total of four room , seperate booking but all under my name. My room have termites and ants. I was so worry it will go into my luggage. ? I deep clean all the stuffs inside my luggage the moment I reached home. One of my friend room have coacroch crawling. Another friend room with many dirty towels stuff inside the fridge.

The hotel was dated smell moldy. I booked at three room and two room. The tile have holes in them. The bed was not comfortable at all. The reception was not friendly. We stay here for three days. The second day breakfast didn’t have any food one of the waiter at the breakfast buffet. He was the only nice and housekeeping , elevator very small and dirty. Great location.

Really near Ben Than market so accessible to walk to the touristy places. Despite this you don’t hear the noise from the street. Decent sized room. My shower didn’t always have hot water, and you could everything from the hallways and other rooms. The door didn’t shut completely.
