Hotel design, the breakfast, the service.

Coffee too sweet. Bread a bit hard (I mean not really fresh). The seaweed and tofu soup had a slightly fishy smell/taste. Breakfast wasn’t really appealing to me. The iced milk coffee I ordered was a bit too sweet, and it seemed like the staff misunderstood me. Earlier, I ordered a flat white, but about two minutes later I went back to the female staff member and said, ‘Could you please change my order from a flat white to an iced milk coffee?’ In the end, I still received two cups of coffee.

Hotel des Arts in Saigon is truly a sanctuary in the heart of a vibrant, fast- paced city. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with a level of service short of royalty - warm, attentive and effortlessly refined The rooms are a perfect blend of modern luxury and sophisticated design, offering a peaceful retreat from the outside energy. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar , where sweeping views of the city create unforgettable atmosphere especially at sunset Breakfast is equally impressive with an exceptional buffet that feel indulgent and thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend for anyone looking for to experience Saigon in style Nothing

The property is beautiful and the pool/bar area was stunning and has a great happy hour! The concierge was very helpful finding places to go whether a small Banh Mi place or a more upscale experience. I used the gym regularly and it was clean, well equipped, and always open. I prefer to stay closer to district 1 but that is a personal preference. So really, there isn’t anything I didn’t like.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and keep returning because I really enjoy my stays here. The location is excellent, making it easy to access local attractions, dining, and transport. The rooms are generous, beautifully fitted out, and very comfortable. The breakfast is brilliant – a great way to start the day. The staff are always very helpful, friendly, and attentive, which makes the experience even better. My recent stay was impacted by increased noise compared to my last visit. There is now a venue across the road—a club or bar—that can be quite loud. While the hotel kindly provided earplugs, the noise made it difficult to sleep before midnight. For those traveling for work and needing rest, this is something to be aware of when considering a stay.

We loved the hotel and were sad that we were only there for 2 days . Our view was amazing. We had lounge access and made the most of it lol. Staff were so sweet and friendly and even remembered to bring us anniversary cake and make our stay extra special. The bathroom was spacious and the bathtub had an amazing view of the city. We loved it alot. Loved the Vietnamese food and are definitely planning to come back. Can't find anything to complain about honestly :)

Beautiful decoration, beautiful rooms, incredible breakfast. In the evenings is really noisy, you can hear all the music and sound from the street and vicinities.

The team of staff were amazing from the bellman, concierge to housekeeping. The services and breakfast are exceptional

great location with eateries on the busy main road

The best thing about this place is the roof deck pool/bar! The rooms are very nice as well! The shower is awkwardly small, and when you open the door to the shower (it hinges inward), it’s awkward to close because you need to get behind the door somehow and then close it. Hard to describe. It’s just not so thoughtfully designed. Everything else was great!

Good service Old carpet

Rooftop bar setting was nice but the DJ music was a bit too lazy. Would appreciate a bit more laid back vibe. Pool was a bit worn out.

The hotel is amazing, it's obviously a nice space, but honestly what set it apart for me was the staff. They were SO kind, so helpful, extremely friendly, happy to chat with me. Also it's in a fantastic location in terms of the top tourist attractions. It's walking distance to Book Street, Saigon Post Office, the Cathedral (though that's under construction at the moment), and the really lovely shopping district. And then it's only a short motorbike ride away from everything else, like the pink church, Tan Dinh market etc.
