Our fourth stay in this hotel. Always choosing this hotel when visiting Ho Chi Minh. Cozy, great location, very pretty and relaxing rooftop pool/bar and professional staff.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious and generous. A la carte egg options! Daily tea time in the afternoon with snacks was great! Location is perfect, close to main attractions, or a short Grab ride away. Lighting in bathroom was not sufficient and could be improved, especially for females putting on make up/ do hair.

The location The rooms were small, the shower was small and had a very odd “shade” to pull down in order to shower. It was a weird move on the hotel part by installing it. The selection of food at breakfast was minimal, I didn’t even attempt to look at lunch. The door man were not on point. For being a high rated hotel it was extremely disappointing. With that being said we were just at the Oriental Jade in Hanoi, which is 5 stars all around. I think I got spoiled there and expected the same out of Silverland

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City! Such friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful breakfast. Nice clean rooms. Very quiet with comfortable beds. Excellent location, I would definitely stay there again!

The staff was great. Especailly at check in. And how can you beat a rooftop pool with a bar! Drinks at the rooftop bar were expensive

Location is great. Breakfast was varied and the taste as great! The facilities were clean and we got 2 bottles of water every day. Service was fantastic! They packed a small breakfast for our early morning flight even before 4 am, so they were very attentive. They also helped us call our Grab when was late to take us to the airport. This was the only hotel where the sauna was free during our trip to Vietnam. The chlorine in the pool was a bit too high, but we still went every night after long days of walking. The view was great from up there! The elevator is a bit slow for our short patience hehe, but we took the stairs often without issues. The price was a bit the high end for us, but maybe it's normal for Saigon. We stayed at a 5 star hotel for less in Hue.

Really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The free afternoon snack even comes with live performance. The staff were all excellent and conduct themselves professionally. One of the best services I have encountered in recent years. Maybe the traffic in the city as a whole?

The staff are friendly and helpful. Its a great location in D1 with great restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast options are slightly limited compared to others I've stayed however the food is of high quality and also the afternoon teas are great! The rooms are slightly out of date however has all the necessary amenities. A complimentary airport shuttle was also offered by the hotel.

Room was clean, adequate size with twin beds. Air conditioning and WiFi worked quite well. We used the lauundry service which, true to their promise, was returned within 24 hours. What was exceptional were the breakfast buffet (Western and Eastern cuisine) and a tea service (from 14:00-16:00) having an array of fresh fruit, waffles and toppings, cakes/cookies, and hot & cold beverages. The location was walking distance to Notre Dame, National Postal Service, War Remnants Museum and a wide variety of restaurants and shopping options. The staff were helpful in arranging taxis and vigilant to opening doors and handling baggage. The way the shower was designed led to water spraying into a gap and drippage onto the floor. Putting a towel on the edge of the tub to absorb the water helped prevent such spillage. Also there was a slip hazard, so it was necessary to have a bath mat when taking a shower.

The concierge staff were so welcoming and friendly - keep up the good work! Huge king sized bed and was very comfortable. Location is good too - it's walking distance to the ben thanh market and the subway. Will stay here again if I'm back to hcmc.

Everything! The hotel is so lovely, the staff incredibly helpful and location fantastic. The decor throughout the building is beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. They add so many little touches that just make the stay so lovely. Always choose the room with afternoon tea, this is 1000% worth it! We even had live music one day. Definitely recommend having a drink on the rooftop bar during sunset. Location is great, it’s a short walk from some malls and the Cafe Apartment. Highly recommend for all travellers. We wish we had longer!
