Good facility, nice breakfast, big room, excellent value, very helpful and friendly staff.

Great location, most of Saigon tourist attractions are within walking distance. Owner Mr Tuan a very helpful chap, can get you cheap taxi to airport, laundry service etc. He even offered to bring me fishing with himself and his friends one of the days (had other plans, but very nice of him to offer !) . Very good value for money all in all.

Location was grate! The AC wasn’t working and they didn’t have another room for me! It was really unpleasant stay for me and I still had to pay a full price. Don’t recommend

Our stay exceeded our expectations and was the highlight of our stays through our trip so far. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was also fantastic. So many options for either a Western cuisine, or Vietnamese cuisine. Managed to try something different every day! Good selection of fruit also. The room was also fantastic. Never had any issue with noise or cleanliness. I also appreciated that if we didn't need our room cleaned for the day, the cleaners would still ensure we still had fresh towels and water by leaving it outside our door. This was a really nice touch. The location was also really good! In district 1 so tour groups would pick us up from the hotel, and also we could walk to most/if not all attractions/restaurants we wanted to visit. At worst, it would be a very short and cheap taxi ride from the hotel. Great wifi! We would happily recommend this hotel to any of my friends/family back in New Zealand. N/A

The hotel is very clean, the staff are super kind and friendly. They upgraded our room for free. We tried the laundry service and it was rapid, clean, and the clothes smelled very good. The breakfast was also good and filling. The location is about 10min from Ben Than market. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the great service and the warm welcome!

Very friendly staff and great breakfast. Try the Pho at breakfast but has to get there early. We tried the laundry service and was worth it. The owner is a nice person and loves to make jokes. Hot water was warm but it didn’t mind us as it was very hot outside.

I stayed at the hotel twice within a month. It's a great hotel. Wonderful and attentive staff. Hearty breakfasts with a large selection of fruit. Wide choice of main courses for breakfast. The location of the hotel is in the center of District 1. Rooms are clean and cozy. Excellent wi-fi and air conditioning. Large bathroom and shower room. Very nice hotel and the staff working there. If the price policy remains the same, i will choose this hotel again next time i come to Saigon.

Location, very close to several hip cafes and bakeries We got to Van Ahn at 4am at the end of a nightmarish flight from Hanoi and we were 'welcomed' by a rat -- the only rat we saw in three days in HCMC -- finding its way into the lower ground floor of the hotel just as the taxi pulled over on the other side of the street. We weren't luckier once we got shown our room. The sheets were stained and full of hairs and crawlies going back and forth from one of our beds to the bin. We still managed to fall asleep but woke up a couple of hours later as the iphone charger caused a short circuit. Stay away, there are plenty of other decent budget options in town.

Family operated hotel. Only 13 rooms in the building, located in District 1, about a 10 minute stroll to Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien Walking Street. Breakfast was basic, with a huge range of fresh fruit to choose from and a set menu made to order. Rooms were very spacious, clean and tidy with aircon to keep the room cool all day long. We were booked to stay again but unfortunately they are upgrading their rooms during our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City. The hot water wasn’t great, however we were located on the top floor, so this could be the reason why.

Room was a good size, very clean & neat. Although it is basic it does have everything you would need, comfortable bed, basic mini bar, hairdrier and some toiletries. Staff were very friendly and organized our tours which was very convenient. Very centrally located in a fairly busy area but our room was at the back so was quiet (we could hear the occupants above us). Facilities are basic. There is breakfast upstairs (which was more than adequate) but no dinners served or bar area.
