There is huge hole behind the window. Not safety for kids. Too small rooms. Small pool is dirty.

This is an exceptional Hotel they go Way Beyond what you would expect everyone is so courteous and helpful and friendly but still professional.EVERYONE From the security And all the Bell hops and doorman Are so courteous and friendly Light your cigarettes and you don't even ask Hold the door open constantly. The nighttime receptionist Mr Phu was especially helpful his English is amazing and his knowledge is so valuable and he is so helpful and caring all the time. Everyone on the staff is exceptional including management they really care about the tenants they even have an area manager and even a CEO of the hotel and hotel managers sit and speak with you and ask you for any input to make your stay more comfortable and future suggestions.. There's a lot of value, even the amenities given for free are of good quality great value.And there are so many things they give you for free. One of the best hotels I've stayed in for a long time. Especially for the value. Book with this hotel And you will be pleasantly surprised and satisfied I cannot give enough praise To how they run this hotel Very efficient But comfortable Warm atmosphere And extremely friendly and caring. There was a problem with the pools covering that would not open and close.It was? stuck in the open position, so there was no shade but they are working to fix it. honestly other than that there was nothing I did not like

The staff was very friendly and smiling, the location is good The room was humid and did not have good ventilation, somewhat suffocating as well as the access to the pool (the pool very regular). Very regular breakfast. The TV didn’t work

Calm, nice place in (almost) the tourist city center. Staff is very helpful and polite. Breakfast are pretty fine. All the basic things you need for travelling are available here

Great place, we chose the two twin bed room and should have chosen the queen bed room with our 4 year old. The facilities were very nice, clean, the staff were great!

Breakfast was fine and staff were exeptional Pool was a bit disappointing. It needs more shaded areas because the sun is extremely strong and hot. For safety it would be good if it had a ladder or steps to get in and out of the pool which makes it a bit dangerous as you could easily slip getting in or out.

The location was good, but I think any hotel in district one has great access to all the sites nearby. Hotel was hard to locate for local drivers. The elevator had a constant smell, the cleanliness of the dining room was poor. The pool wasn’t clean for two days of our stay. The hotel was a non smoking room unfortunately we had to complain to staff that they were smoking in the room beside ours. Staffs initial comment was to open our window. Eventually the smoker was removed from the room. But smell still lingered.

very little except location the rooms are very poor- lights didn't work, asked for repairs didnt happen we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights with one room a late checkout & all paid for at start of tenancy. When we left, they tried to charge us for late check out for the other 2 rooms - even though both rooms had been checked out by 10.00am Breakfast very poor- old & stale meats put out on consecutive days. The sun lounges around the pool are in urgent need of repairs. I will never stay at this place again & any readers if you have sense you will also avoid
