Location was great! Window in room toward hallway which let in hallway light all night. They also played music in hallway which I could hear in my room. Breakfast poor.

Location was great. Staff was helpful. It was a little bit of a bumpy start with the safe not working and we had some questions about the room, but the staff was on hand, helpful, and fixed all things right away. In the end we quite enjoyed our 1 week stay.

My room's safe didn't work, one pillow was dirty, and there was an issue with one of the lights. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful and changed my room for me. No issues with the new room thereafter.

Although free breakfast was a bonus, the seating space wa very limited and the selection of foods were constantly empty both mornings - no coffee left, no juice left, no milk left, etc... without anyone making sure to refill them.

Friendly staff, okay location if you into HCMC night life style . Room was a good size Area is too noisy with lots of bars and hostels around. Bathroom was a disaster!! After taking a quick shower we would have a “pool” on the floor for hours.

We had some ants or other little critters creeping around but not many and not everyday. We were there for 7 nights.

Lovely little hotel. Good value for money & family friendly. Room was tidied daily, with fresh towels and bottled water. We had a couple of mornings with no hot water in the shower. Breakfast was ok, would benefit with a few more options. Staff were lovely and friendly. Laundry service was good. Perfect location! Lots of play parks near by for children. Would definitely stay here again! Couple of mornings with no hot water

Great location and great staff Lot of handy extra's in room like nailclippers, scissors, etc. Great Wifi Small room, no space to store luggage, no window, not soundproof.
