The location was amazing! A block from all the action, but couldn’t hear any of the noise. Little hard to find if arriving at night, but was not really an issue

The location was nice. Very close to Tam Coc Main Street but set back so it wasn’t so loud. The receptionist helped us to rent bicycles. We ended up declining the offer for breakfast, but she did make sure to let us know the information! The bathroom was a little dated and didn’t feel entirely clean. The reception area wasn’t as clean as in the photos. Fine place to sleep, and we only stayed one night so it was ok. But it’s definitely not as pristine as the photos.

Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was big and the bed comfortable. It was in the heart of the town but tucked away so it was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again. Nothing! Everything was great.

Great location near stores and restaurants. The pool is great, the food is wonderful and the family who runs this homestay are very kind and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this place!

This was a nice comfortable room, good hot water , original shower not working but backup was good, breakfast was fast and tasted very good, we feel like we found a hidden gem, we renten e bikes which worked very good, Thanks to owner who is very nice and helps us out every time we stay here, we will always stay here when we are in Tam Coc. We would have like some instant coffee in room as there was a kettle there.

Great staff especially the owner, an amazing person. The homestay is clean, tidy and calm. Beds are so comfy that I forget that I was staying in a dorm.

Situated not far from the action in town. Room was comfortable and the pool was a bonus due to the heat at the time. Could do with a bath towel and a pool towel, not just a pool towel. We survived though.

The person on the reception was amazing, she helps you with all the information in the area, and she saved my next trip arranged the booking with the companies

Great location Just down a little alley right in the center of town Great rooms Really clean Pool was so refreshing after a hot sweaty day People were lovely When we arrived they gave us all the local info and offered their help if we needed it Breakfast was good We had a lovely Etsy and would definitely recommend staying here!!

We loved everything! Loan was super kind and helpful, giving us tips and information about the city, booking our transportation and giving us some bikes to wander around. We loved the house, so beautiful and clean, great breakfast, perfect location, next to the Tam Coc center. Best possible stay! We recomend. Everything was great, maybe just add some hand towels in the bathroom.

The breakfast offered several choices and large portions were served. I liked all of the fruit offered.

The climb to the top bunk is kind of awkward since there wasn't something firm and secure to hold with your hands while you climb up the ladder steps with your feet. The wifi at random times would not connect but would be working the majority of the time.
