The owner of the homestay was excellent - arranged transportation and advised us on restaurants and activities. It was a very positive first impression during our Vietnam trip. The owner helped us transition to our next stay by personally driving us to the Bus terminal. The plastic mattress protection sheet was a bit uncomfortable. There was some flooding on the small street which was tricky to navigate by foot in the dark. Some additional street lighting might help.

This homestay is a gem! Tucked away in a little laneway, it is a little oasis with a lovely garden. Great location if you want to be within walking distance to restaurants/massage etc. It is quiet accommodation however the whole area surrounding is noisy, rowdy ppl at night in the bars and beeping/scooters start at around 6am. If you want complete quiet, you would have to choose rural accommodation. The family are so welcoming and helpful. Organized scooter hire for $9 a day (no deposit or passport required) and allowed us to check in 3 hours early! By scooter Trang An is 15 mins and the dragon viewpoint is 10. Traffic is not as hectic in Tam Coc, so we felt safe to ride. Three quaint roomy bungalows. Very clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, aircon/heater. Breakfast was included which was very tasty and generous size. Outstanding value for $35 AUD a night! Highly recommend.

Great and personally managed homestay, good location, close to restaurants and sights. The host prepared vegan banana pancakes for breakfast on request. He helped us plan an excursion and the transfer to our next accommodation. We felt at home there. -

The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm. Cockroaches x2 Do places fumigate regularly? I know it's pretty normal for most places. Especially if they have bamboo walls. Electricity cut out in the area 3 times in 4 days. In a heatwave you need air con.

We loved this Homestay. It was the cleanest homestay we’ve stayed in. Very central yet tucked down a sidestreet so you can get away from the busyness of tam coc. The passionfriuit at breakfast was delicious!
