The owner was very nice and extremely helpful! Always smiling and offering to help! The breakfast is very good and has a lot of variety! They even gave me juice and fruits when I didn’t ask for it ? Nothing

We loved our stay at this charming hotel and ended up extending our time because we were so happy here. The rooms are large, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were great and the AC worked really well. There are flowers everywhere and a variety of places with tables, chairs and loungers to sit and relax. I felt comfortable soaking up the sun by the pool or reading in a quiet corner. The location is also excellent. Several times I walked alone at night and felt safer than I do at home. Everyone on the little lane leading to this homestay is friendly and welcoming. I also liked that it is right next to the main restaurant, shopping, spa street but the location made it very quiet at night. The best part about this homestay is the host. She prepares breakfast to order each morning, and bikes, scooters, and tours are all easily arranged through her. More than that, she is simply a joy to be around. She and her family are warm and welcoming but also let you have your space. It was a relaxing atmosphere. She was flexible, helpful, and really kind throughout our stay. I will always have this great memory of an evening when we were eating a take-out meal on a wooden table under a tree with the smell of orchids all around and then she brought over fresh mango juice and fruit...just because. It made the night even better. This was one of those rare places that actually feels like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The weather was very hot and the a/c was not cooling properly. The stairs to the room were not comfortsble and not very inviting, the balcony was not inviting.

The room was spotless and very well maintained, and the included breakfast and coffee were absolutely delicious. It was the perfect place to reset after staying in hostels for an extended period of travel. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you Cuong Hieu Homestay for such a great experience. Absolutely nothing.

Great location and hosts were very friendly. We had two beds, and one of them was extremely comfortable. Lots of facilities around or provided. Host gave us two big bottles of water and fruit trays when we left. Good breakfast. Wish the pool was a little cleaner. The bottom of the pool didn't look very clean, which made us hesitant to get in. One of our beds wasn't comfortable - we woke up with sore backs.

Good location! Accommodation itself was decent but the host is the real gem here. Always making sure guests are comfortable, providing treats for the road, and much more. We had a very nice stay.

The family that run this Homestay are really first class. They were super helpful, breakfasts were cooked fresh and hot and delicious. Not much really, we had two units booked. The AC in ours was fine but the one in the second unit would only work with the lights on. So it got pretty warm in the room over night.

The owner was so kind and warm. She is a great person. She helped me a lot. Loved the breakfast, loved extra fruits and juice she provided me cause I caught a cold. The room was super clean and comfy. Thank you so much

where do you stay they give you fresh fruit for your train trip when you leave? best hostess I could have had. reasonably priced same day laundry, very quiet and peaceful, amazing breakfast.

The location was perfect. On a side ally that was quiet but an easy walk to restaurants, the main square/river. Our host family were so kind - our train left at night, after we checked out, we read by the pool, she gave us a room to use, she packed us a plate of fruit & water bottles for our night train. She also arranged a family taxi at good rates. Nothing bad to say. Would definitely stay here again.

We felt very welcome when we came to stay at this homestay. It was excellent value—the host was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was delicious too. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tam Coc.

Amazing homestay in a fantastic location. Very central but in a quieter street which is ideal. Great breakfast and the host is incredibly nice!

Good value, good location, everything you need!

The location was in a small street off the main street in Tam Coc. Very easy to walk around. The owner was super friendly, warm, and accommodating, I had messaged her about arriving early, and she had the room and AC prepared for 5AM, and even when I had to check out she had allowed me to use another room to rest and sit in while I waited for for my bus transfer. She provided recommendations for dinner meals, and she was always available when I needed to ask her questions. There was a decent amount of choices on the breakfast meals (both hot and cold foods), and she prepared me extra water, banana and mangoes as a parting gift. :') The room was super spacious, I had 2 queen beds, the washroom was clean, toiletries were provided, toilet was separate from the shower so it never got wet. There is a AC and good wifi on the property. The pool was beautiful too. I had used a bike from her to bike around Tam Coc and to go to the Bich Dong Pagoda as well. Would highly recommend this homestay if you come to Tam Coc!

Breakfast a bit lack of choices

2 minute walk from crowded, dirty, noisy main street. Nothing.

The attention and kidness was a 10.

Nice staff! The lady who owned the place was so lovely to us anything we needed she was on top of it.
