Tam Coc Family Homestay

The location and setting of the home stay was excellent. Walking distance to everything you need. Owner very accommodating Lovely pool and gardens I liked everything about the property Bed slightly hard but this is personal choice.

Location was good, In a quiet alley but close to the Main Street We appreciated having a kettle and a mini fridge in the room Cute little courtyard, each room had a little patio with a table and chairs We enjoyed the use of bicycles The dining room really needs to be cleaned especially the placemats Would have appreciated to be given a choice of 2 options for breakfast

Everything! Really a neat place that felt very much like the old Vietnam I had envisioned. The facilities were very comfortable and the owner and his family were the most gracious of hosts. Very old school feel, but with all the comforts of home. Warm, cozy, quiet with great beds and bedding and plenty of hot water pressure. Right in the center of the town and many things to do and shop for. Favorite place in Vietnam for sure. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who asked. Lovely people running this homestay, they helped me book transportation to the airport as well. Always served freshly made breakfast in the morning, the bungalow was very comfortable, and location very convenient for biking to nearby attractions like Bich Dong and Trang An

The location of this homestay is amazing, it's very central and the hosts are very welcoming! We enjoyed our clean and comfy room and would be happy to come back! The breakfast is very good: eggs, bread, fruits, vegetables, delicious mango smoothie and unlimited coffee. Reccomend!

The staff here were amazing! They were very friendly and accommodating, especially as we had an early morning arrival from a night bus. We had asked to extend our stay but it was full. The owner even gave us a lift to our next homestay! The rooms were clean and the showers worked well. The breakfast was yummy and the pool was lovely. I look forward to staying here again. One side light in our room wasn't working.

Although I had to cancel my stay in the end, I wanted to mention how sweet and welcoming the owner was—truly adorable and kind-hearted. That said, the space could benefit from more attention to cleanliness. With a bit more care, it has the potential to be a really lovely place to stay. Wishing them all the best as they continue to grow and improve.

We really love this beautiful homestay, nice and clean room, friendly staffs, great breakfast and good location. Mosquitos! This can’t be helped as there are a lot of plants around the homestay to make the place really nice.

Exceptional experience. Out room was very clean and spacious. The best location, restaurants, bar, markets right around the corner. Or you could rent a scooter or bike. The kindest host ever! Would definitely book a room here again.

Everything is more than correct. Great location. Perfectly hidden to not be bothered with the touristy noise but in centre of it all. Beautiful gardens are welcoming with the loveliest flower scent and inside of the accommodation is tidy and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I rented a bicycle and motorcycle from them which is convenient depending on the explorers route. Absolute recommendation.

Definitely recommend staying here! The family were so welcoming and helped us to book all of our transport and activities during our trip. The room was lovely and clean and the location is perfect, right in the centre of Tam Coc.

What an amazing place, room was spacious and tucked away in a beautiful garden away from the busy streets. The owner was so helpful he took such good care of us and really went out of his way every morning to help you plan your day. Breakfast was really nice too all made fresh and was slightly different each day which was a nice touch. Truly perfect stay. Nothing
