Tam Coc Heart Homestay

Super nice place. Great terrace and pool, comfortable beds, super good location right by the bus station. Quiet and peaceful. The host was friendly and flexible. Theres hot water kettles in the rooms and a kitchen you can use downstairs which is always great.

We very much enjoyed this great homestay! Very clean facilities, nice porch. Very friendly lady manager! All was good! Unfortunately, we have the worst President in America, Donald Trump…and this nice place did not stop my depression about him!

Very friendly and hospitable family, will help you with booking tours or private drivers. They are easily reachable by Whatsapp if you need anything. Room was very spacious. Free homecooked breakfast! They even let me charge my phone and use the restroom hours after I had checked out.

The shower has low pressure, the breakfast was okey, could’ve improve

The host lady is kind. The host does not speak english. You can communicate with them only via google translate which is difficult. No heating in the room only cold air from aircondition. Many mosquitoes. Holes in the bathroom so mosquitoes and small bugs could fly in in the evening. No options for breakfast. Small portions. Noisy guest on terrace all night. No hairdryer.

Very nice homestay in the heart of Tam Coc and in a quiet area (behind the main street). We arrived in the middle of the night, and our host was there to warmly welcome us. The 2 women are very kind, joyful and helpful that we felt at home :) The rooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean ! Nothing ?

We booked the room with a “balcony,” but it turned out to just be located next to the shared common area/balcony, which meant it was quite noisy. Unfortunately, even at 1am, there were still guests loudly talking and laughing in the common area, despite the hostel’s 10pm quiet hours—so it doesn’t seem like that rule is enforced. On a positive note, the staff were friendly (though they spoke limited English), and the facilities and location were both quite good. Overall, it was okay, but we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The rooms are nice and big and the cleaning standard is good We stayed for 2 nights after the first night we were woken up in the morning and told to switching rooms for no apparent reason. We also had trouble communicating with the owners. They don’t understand on word of English and even with google translate they don’t seem to understand you.

Hotel is at the end of a road, meaning it was quiet at night. Breakfast was nice and staff were helpful with rentals of bikes and mopeds. Bathroom was slightly dated however served its purpose and was clean.

Very friendly and helpful staff, sorted bikes for us and an extra night with no issue. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Set back from the high street so nice and peaceful. Breakfast too - you can’t go wrong staying here.

The location was really good and the employees were really helpfull I slept next to the service desk, and the wall was just 1 wooden plate, so I had a lot of noise in my room

Let us check in at 5 am, that was great of them. The a/c didn't work that well and only had the fan mode and not cool

The girl who runs the business is so nice. She alongside her sister were very kind to me. From the moment I set foot in their homestay, they both have been so lovely to me; they offered me some tea and a banana and invited me to take a sit whilst waiting for my driver, they kept my belongings in a safe place and moved them to my room once it was ready... They really made me feel so comfortable. The place is ok itself. I mean, if you are looking for a 5 star hotel, that's not for you. However, it's cleaned and comfortable. Everything I need while traveling is a safe and comfortable place to sleep and take a shower. And they provided that.

Great value for money and the location is great, right in the heart of Tam Coc. The rooms are very big and the beds are super comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and helped us switch when we had an issue with our first room. We ended up extending by an extra night. The smell from the bathroom in our first room was disgusting - we had to switch rooms. Both rooms were also quite cold, so we had to switch the A/C unit onto full heat (32°C), just to keep it at a comfortable room temperature.
