Amazing!

So many things! The hosts are incredible. They kept my things and let me use the pool and shower after I checked out of my room. The breakfast was phenomenal! Location excellent and the rooms are spacious. Bike use is awesome! The only comment I have is that the chairs by the pool don’t recline, so you can’t take a nap in the shade or tan your backside, but that is all I could possibly think of.

Wow, this was our favourite place during our trip to Vietnam. Nga and her family went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a few minutes outside of town. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool was a welcome relief during the warm humid days. The breakfast was incredible - the best omelette I have ever had! And the free bicycles and recommendations from Nga on where to go made our time in Tam Coc so special. The hospitality from Nga is what made our time here so memorable. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. If you are visiting the Ninh Binh region, stay here!

The staff, the breakfast, the location, the pool, breakfast patio Nothing

It’s the perfect place to stay. Super chill and cozy, owner is a such sweet and nice lady, she took care of us like a mother. Also you will have a friend there-his name is Zyn(a dog). And breakfast was delicious. 10/10

Amazing place, probably the best accommodation experience I have ever had. Location was great and the free bikes made it really convenient to get around. Nga was extremely helpful and is the sweetest lady ever. Highly recommend.

Nga and her family were exceptional hosts. They spent time with us to ensure our plans were arranged each day. The breakfast on the rooftop was delicious and made to order. Bikes were available to take out around the area adding to the places we could explore. We did laundry, which was back at the end of the day. What a relief! The location is quiet at night but close enough to walk to the center of town. When I think of Nga's place, I remember drinking mango juice under the bougainvillea and karst towers. The overhead lighting was too bright for my preference, so we relied on the little lamp in the room. More lamps would add to a warmer tone to soften the lighting. That is the only thing I could think of to improve!

Loved my Airbnb stay. The host was super kind and helpful. The location and home itself was very beautiful. I definitely recommend staying at this place.

Friendly host and amazing location

The most incredible service - staff went above and beyond to accomodate us. Communication over WhatsApp, available always to help with anything!! The room was super clean and so very comfortable after a long week (the best accomodation we had all week), also was very big and spacious. Location perfect - a nice walk into town but disconnected from the touristy bits by a road/bridge with rice fields surrounding it. Amazing as was a perfect location very convenient but also away from the chaos. We loved this place! Delicious banana pancakes. Sometimes the toilet flush turned off/wouldn't flush? But would fix itself shortly after. Other than that everything exceeded our expectations!

Very closed to restaurants, but away from the crowds. Lovely view from the room. Good breakfast. Wonderful host and staff who went above and beyond to make sure their guests have a comfortable stay. Walkable to Mua cave and Bich Dong Pagoda. Access to a washing machine. The balcony where guests have breakfast has a beautiful view of the limestones and rice fields. Nothing major. You may hear some loud karaoke on a Saturday from a nearby guest house. The room may not be insulated and have a draft on cold winter days, but it has a good heater.

Absolutely perfect place, so glad we booked here! Beautiful homestay, incredible hosts, delicious breakfast, and an amazing location a 5 minute walk to the main part of town but so peaceful and quiet. The bikes (free to use) were great and the hosts were so kind and helpful with laundry and making sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Book a stay here!

Extremely friendly and great host/owner. Breakfast tasty. Loved it.

The homestay was beautiful with kind and helpful staff. There were bikes available for free use and a yummy inclusive breakfast. We had a late sleeper bus and had to check out early, but we were allowed to rest up in a spare room which was very kind of them. It was a little noisy at night due to karaoke from the next homestay over, but music was turned off at 9pm.
