Some dogs in the area, hard to find but all worked out.

There was a communication issue between us and the owner. We had booked two nights but had to leave early so we ended up staying one night only. We thought the bar was part of the place so we went there to pay and they didn’t want to take money for two nights, only for one. We were leaving and we saw the owner. We told him we left the money at the bar and we had to leave early. He said it was ok. An hour later he texted us to come back since we haven’t paid at all. This was all very weird to us since we spoke to him before we left. We couldn’t come back because we were in the bus on the way to another city so he said to pay using a Vietnamese persons account. We had to insist we left the money in the bar otherwise he would want us to pay two nights even though we had already paid for one. This could’ve been avoided if he spoke at least basic English or at least use Google translate if you don’t understand. Also the other reason I am writing this is because he was unnecessarily rude about it. We said we wanted to pay since the beginning, and also apologised even though it wasn’t just our mistake since we spoke to him and he said it was all ok when we left. We had to bother a stranger in Vietnam to pay to him and we did because it was never our intention not to pay. We advised him when payment was done and he never said thank you nor sorry. If you’re going to have a business at least learn basic English to avoid such an unnecessary misunderstanding and also have a better attitude towards guests. Otherwise the place is ok

The stuff was amazingly helpful, we could rent motorcycle for really cheap. They even showed us how to use the motorbike

The facilities were good there was a pool and a restaurant and the room was of a good size and comfortable The location was poor a difficult place to find even for the taxi driver and a long way from any attractions such as shops or restaurants it felt quite isolated. Cheap pillows on the bed and threadbare towels one of them so thin you could see through it . There was an electrical problem with the water heater in our room . You had to switch it on 10 minutes before taking a shower to get hot water and when my partner tried it she turned on the faucet and recieved an electric shock . We called the staff and managed to tell them the problem using Google translate .They told us to turn the heater off before turning on the faucet . Which wasn't particularly satisfactory. However they did get it repaired the next day . We stayed two nights . No refund or recompense was offered for our trouble I wouldn't stay there again .

It’s located at very good place, if you rent a scooter or bicycle you can easily go anywhere you want and they provide it if you want. They also have really rich menu that you can order any food or beverage. They even help you to buy tickets for travel another city. They are really nice and helpful family.

Nice comfortable bed, scooters available to rent, you can order delicious food there, plenty of nature around, laundry facilities available.

The property was very beautiful and clean. The reception was hard to contact and not often occupied. At some point the pool stoped circulating the water and it got dirty and milky.

Family run homestay, everyone was very kind and willing to help even with the language barrier. The bungalows are in the middle of a beautiful garden with a view on the neighboring fields and mountains. We also liked the small village it is located in, everyone was smiley and happy. The rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. A special memory for us is to have been invited for an evening snack at the son’s house. PS: because it was confusing for us: the homestay is called “Trang an garden homestay” on google

Nice host, even if we have trouble in language but they helped me as much as they could. You can find out the peaceful when lying down beside the pools with moutain view food is not have varieties selection, but good enough for the budget

Tranquil setting 5km away from Ninh Bin and Tam Coc, warm hospitality, and free bicycles made our stay enjoyable. Conveniently close to Bai Dinh Pagoda. Lack of in-room tea and coffee amenities, pool maintenance could be improved, and absence of a TV (in description). Distance to meals may be problematic for some

The place is very nice, and well located. Everything is clean and beautiful and the owners are very nice ☺️

Have a swimming pool (even not big, but OK). Have green space (garden). New and clean (the room). Parking area should be larger.

Good price (just from $15, July 2023). New and clean. Water in the swing pool should be filled to be more clean. Sometime the receptionist just disappear! Maybe it's new and there's not 24/24 available yet)
