Good place to stay off the normal path. Next to mountains and driving there was a cool experience.

The breakfast was basic but good. The location is ideal for visiting nearby tourist attractions such as the trang an boat tour and mua caves, and cycling around the area. The rooms are nothing fancy but have all the basics, and the beds aebg and comfortable with nice clean sheets. You can tell the host takea pride in looking after her guests and making sure they are well looked after. Overall the homestay is good value for money. The free bikes were in average condition and there were just enough for our big group. They were good enough to ride to the nearby restaurant but wouldn't have allowed us to ride around the wider area.

The ultimate escape from the chaos of Hanoi! This property captures the magical, laid-back essence of the Ninh Binh countryside perfectly. The view here is absolutely surreal. Waking up every morning to look out directly at the towering, majestic limestone karsts rising out of the calm waters was breathtaking. Life here moves at a beautifully slow, peaceful pace. The property is tucked away from the noisy main roads, allowing you to completely unwind, listen to nature, and breathe the fresh countryside air. Our personal favorite was the pool and seating area outside facing the limestone karsts where we really enjoyed our conversations and beer! There are also a few restaurants in the area with really good food and good prices like Vĩ Tuyền Food And Drink restaurant. The staff and Huyen, the owner, treated us like family with their warm, genuine hospitality, and they even provided rental motorbikes for us to explore the local paths winding through the peaks. It is a stunning, cozy sanctuary that offers total relaxation amidst Vietnam’s most spectacular natural wonders. We cannot wait to come back and bring the rest of our family here! Highly recommended! NOTHING!

Everything was absolutely perfect ?

Home stay with nice and relaxing charm and large pool. Accommodation was not to busy at the time of stay. Very peaceful at night, with lot of lights around the lake. Sunrise from behind the mountain was beautiful to watch. Highly recommended, even tho it's a bit of out of the way from shops and city, but it's short taxi ride to all the key attractions or train station. Great value. none

Good location to get out in nature. Friendly, accommodative staff. You can rent bikes for a fair price and explore the beautiful rock formations and rice fields. Our room was just ok, if we had to do it again we would probably upgrade to one of the more expensive rooms by the pool (but I can’t say whether those are nicer for sure) but the scenery around them is better. We ate here but I would not necessarily recommend it as the food was a bit overpriced and not particularly great. However, we ate at a few other places nearby and it was a similar story, the entire area is sort of devoid of much in the way of good food. Heading into town to eat if you have your own transport is probably the way to go. Two nights in this area to explore Trang An and Mua cave and enjoy the scenery is probably enough.

Clean, spacious rooms, and the loveliest host. Beautiful and peaceful area to stay in, and very easy to get around with the provided bikes!

The property was in good location with a nice view of Trang An’s ecology. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. They gave me the feeling of being home and surrounded by family members. They even have mosquito spray in case you need it ! (Lots of mosquitoes!!) The place is really clean and the food was good. The place is not near the city so you will expect to commute around 20 mins to get to the city but it is a good trade off if you want to emerge yourself to the nature of Trang An.

The best thing about this gorgeous property is the location, situated right amongst the breathtaking limestone karsts. Exploring the surroundings by bike and on foot was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Vietnam. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended.

No complaints. Be aware that, as befits its location, the roads immediately around the homestay are unpaved and unlit and require some practice to navigate safely on a bike or scooter especially if you return after dark. This is a place for independent travelers who want a peaceful spot to experience the real Vietnam. The tourist hubs are not far or difficult to access but you have to make the effort.

This is a no frills space but what a beauty, basically built right into the cliffs. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. It was good

The hospitality was top notch. Felt welcomed straight away. The food is really really good and the portions are big. The rooms and the outside area is very clean too. The bicycles are free and I highly recommend to get one and roam the area. I would 100% come back and I highly recommend as this was the best place we've stayed in Vietnam. The dogs are really cute and playful. -
