Or room was lovely - clean and comfortable. The balcony view overlooking the river was beautiful. We were picked up from the hotel for our lantern boat cruise (arranged by the hotel) which was also fabulous. Great location - just a short walk to the spectacular Memories show (a must see!). Lovely breakfast, wonderful staff.

We loved walking out of our room straight onto to the pool and looking over the river on the sunbeds. The breakfast was limited and constantly running out of things. It is a fair walk into the main area of Hoi An. The bed was too hard.

The staff were very friendly and tried hard to help us in any way that they could. The room was very comfy and had a great view. The arrangement of the shower and toilet was a little odd (in frosted glass cubicles inside the room) - but not an issue at all - just something we hadn't experienced before. The breakfasts each day were yummy. The location was great. The hotel arranged our taxis to and from the airport - which was awesome and made us feel safe (these needed to be paid with cash though - so just be sure to bring enough to cover it or get out to an ATM before you check out). Overall - we are really happy to have stayed at the Riverside Whitehouse Boutique Hotel Nothing

The Riverside White House Hotel was perfectly situated within easy walking distance from Old Town, but far enough away to avoid crowds. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They provided a simple hearty breakfast.

Staff were very helpful and always willing to please. The location was very convenient but not too noisy. Very clean. The breakfast was good and they tried to accommodate to your likings. Lots of good restaurants in the area and great coffee shop almost across the street from the hotel. No elevator!

Close to everything My balcony was a solid wall, I had to stand to have any scenery. Could use more breakfast options.

The location was absolutely amazing, with a stunning view of the river. The rooms were also a great size (rather large) and it was a short walking distance from old town. Breakfast was great too. Absolutely loved it. Nothing. It was amazing.

Lovely staff, quiet elegance. And the LOCATION was wonderful because it was a 10 minute walk along the river path AWAY from the tourist center, so it was an oasis of much-needed calm

Staff was very helpful and location was also great 10 mins walk to the main market I think everything was good There was nothing wrong with the property, but the billiards shop next to the hotel was quite noisy until 3:00 AM.

Our 2nd stay at Riverside White House Hotel. We loved our stay the first time and we loved our stay again. It was great to see Loi and Chiung again. Their staff are exceptional, room was great and the breakfast was the best. It feels like home. We will definitely be back ? Nothing!

Fantastic small-size hotel in a great location just a 10 minute walk to main downtown area. The staff were extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great recommendations for things to see and do in the area and helped us organize activities. The Facilities, pool and room were very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfy and a/c worked very well. We loved the view from our balcony overlooking the river and the outside dining area for breakfast. The food was excellent and plentiful. They had a well-stocked fridge in the reception area offering many different drinks and bottles of wine also( at a cost of course). The evening boat rides going by are quite noisy but that is not the hotel’s fault. The rooms are well insulated so once the patio door is shut the noise is minimal.
