Soleil by Soluna - A Charming Touch of Hoi An's Heritage

We stayed here for 3 nights. We were confortable here at the location. The location is pretty decent. We opted the room with view, so we loved it. The hotel facilities are pretty good. They are recently renovated so everything is pretty organized. The staff welcome was heartful, daily room service was prompt, and the mornign kitchen maanger was excellent at service and guest management. Being Indian and Pure veg, our breakfast options were pretty limited here, but he made sure to help us within his best outreach for a good veg snack. We are pretty thankful to him. The main gate night staff was rude and we reported it to the management. Overall, a pretty good property. The night staff behavior specially the Guard who works at the Gates. They need to make sure they are well behaved, and at least able to listen first.

Great location an easy, and cheap, taxi ride to the centre of town. Fantastic breakfast buffet. The rooms and decor were exceptional. Very friendly staff. A wonderful place to stay.

The hotel was just what we were looking for. Close and easy to get around to everything. The two pools were awesome for cooling down. Kylie and the team were so nice and helpful throughout the entire stay. The location, pools, bikes, breakfast.

The bathtub has some stains which I know can happen over time but I'm just picky about the cleanliness feeling of bathrooms when I travel.

Very cozy and clean, breakfast has so many different selection. Hotel is outside of the old town, but you can borrow the bike for free. Our room the A/C was blowing to our head directly. We can’t control the fan direction.

Good service and nice hotel

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in so far, and with such a price, it’s almost unbelievable. The towels smell wonderful, and I loved that the shower and bathtub are separate, I could shower and then soak comfortably in hot water. The pillows and mattress are huge and fluffy, and I had a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was also excellent. The woman who works at the omelet and pho station was so kind, and the omelet she made was delicious. The manager at breakfast is also wonderful, he comes by to chat with guests, which makes you feel happy and well attended to. I will definitely come back again! It’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the ancient town area, but the Bun Cha Ta Hoi An that sell bun cha along the way is so delicious, I highly recommend stopping by! The walk is pleasant, with nice views, so the distance really doesn’t feel like a problem.

Staff were really good and tried hard. Nothing really. The hotel was as good as I expected. It was a bit depressing to see rubbish laying on the surrounding property, but this is not the hotel's fault.

Nice location to be quiet. Do need an easy 10 min walk to get into the old town.

Everything was clean, staff was so helpful and friendly, You can get some bikes to go to the city center. There are some amenities, like pool table, or Kicker Pools were too cold to use. For us was not a Problem, but take into consideration that the city center is a little far away.

Great location, super friendly staff and tasty breakfast buffet. Room and bathroom were clean and spacious, pool area was also great. I have no complaints, would definitely stay again!
