OMG, I could not have been happier when we arrived and saw our room at this gorgeous family run establishment. The staff are lovely. Breakfast is great and cooked to order. It is probably 10mins walk to the main market and start of the centre of Hoi An. We liked it so much that when we had 5 days at the end of our trip unaccounted for we whatsapp'd Phuc and re-booked. The room had a fantastic balcony. There was a king bed and a double bed and the comfort level is exquisite. The room is enormous so when you are there for an extended period then you're not falling over your luggage and you can get comfortable. The room has a descent sized smart TV which was great for after dinner viewing. The pool is exceptionally clean. There is a convenience store across the road which is really useful, and a coffee place next door ... all the people in these venues are so caring and sweet. The shower in our room did like to spread the water around a bit but since the cleaning ladies are so efficient, any wet towels that we used to mop up were immediately removed and replaced.

The hotel is a newer building so it is very clean, modern, with a great shower and a clean little pool out back. The cleaning staff will clean everyday if you want. Water and coffee in your room every day and free breakfast ? in the morning. Located a block off the river and 2 great coffee places on either side of the hotel. Nice balcony. We highly recommend this place. Just 10 minute walk to the night market. They can help set you up with tours and taxi rides. A little language gap but it always worked out he tried his best to help us out. Nothing

Absolutely loved my stay at the White House Central Villa. I had a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. The entire hotel is immaculate. The pool is immaculate. Breakfast was delicious. And everything you need is nearby (pharmacy on property, mini mart across the street, several good restaurants nearby). Close enough to the old city to walk easily, but far enough that it is quiet and there isn’t too much traffic. The owners and staff are lovely. I would absolutely stay here, again.

Big spacious room. Simple but nice breakfast. It's a bit of a walk to the old city. They charge 4% more for paying with a credit card.

Room was gorgeous, clean and I had a little balcony facing the street as well. Staff were welcoming, lots of little notes around for taxis, tours and attractions. Paid for laundry service, really quick turnaround (dropped off in the morning and had it back the same evening). 6 minute walk to Old Town, lots of restaurant and coffee shops enroute on the walk. Breakfast was limited but super tasty.

This is a wonderful family run hotel. Everyone was really nice, very kind, and attentive. The manager gave great recommendations for restaurants, tours, and spas. Everything he recommended was good and very reasonably priced. I especially enjoyed Phan Gia Riverside Restaurant and Five Senses Spa. My room was very spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was large and the shower was great, good water pressure and lots of hot water. My room was very quiet, even though I was on the front side facing the street. I loved coming home to it after a day of sightseeing. It was so comfortable. The ladies who worked there kept the rooms and the entire facility very clean. There was lots of fresh fruit at breakfast. You could also order eggs any way you wanted them and pancakes. Everything was fresh and very good. The hotel is an easy five minute walk from the edge of the old town. I was ill while I was there, and the manager and his family and all the employees at the hotel were very kind and caring. I highly recommend White House Central Villa. If I’m ever back in Hoi An, that’s where I will stay. There wasn’t anything that I did not like about this property.
