The hotel was beautiful in a great location. The staff were exceptional, personable and truly lovely. Gavy, Min and Ivy were all so sweet and attentive. They also provided information about Hoi An, it's history and culture. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Was a bit noisy in our room because of the home construction right outside in mornings.

Vị trí thuận tiện, yên bình, phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng. Mọi thứ đều tuyệt vời, tôi không có gì để phàn nàn.

Amazing Nothing

Location was perfect for access to old town. The property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was large and delicious. The reception that we got on arrival and throughout our stay was the best in our travels this year, and we traveled 5 months! Min and Ivy were outstanding - better service than you find in most 5-star hotels. If accessibility is concern just request first floor room.

The hotel is charming and close to everything you’ll want to see in Hoi An. The rooms are set back from the street enough that noise is not an issue. The bed was comfortable. Having a tub was nice. Breakfast was good, particularly the traditional options and fresh fruit! The key to this hotel is by far the staff. Gavy, Min, Ivy and Sunny work very hard to make sure your stay is memorable. They have all the recommendations for what to do in Hoi An. What stood out most to me was that they each greeted us by name every time we saw them. They genuinely care about hospitality. It was a pleasure to be at Hoianese Tranquil Heritage Hotel. Thank you all for the great stay!

I initially switched to this hotel just to extend my stay for a couple of days while my clothes were being finished. Instead, it ended up being one of the best parts of my time in Hoi An. First and foremost, the staff exceeded every expectation. Sunny, Minh, Gavy, and Anna were the four receptionists I met during my stay, and each of them went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Unfortunately, I was involved in a motorbike accident while in Hoi An. My Grab driver was hit by a careless, and probably drunk, foreigner. The injuries and soreness really put a cloud over my time there. Looking back, I feel incredibly fortunate that I chose this hotel to extend my stay because of these four wonderful women. Gavy and Minh personally helped arrange to have my clothes delivered to the hotel so I didn’t have to make another trip while recovering. I had no idea that was even an option if they hadn’t offered to help. All four ladies recommended nearby places to eat and drink so I didn’t have to walk far, helped me with my bags, and made me feel completely at home while I was hobbling around for a few days. As I’m still traveling in Vietnam while writing this, I’m still filled with gratitude for the kindness and hospitality they showed me. Even the housekeeper, who I never really had the chance to talk to, greeted me every day with the brightest, warmest smile. The entire staff clearly takes pride in what they do, and that’s something I really admired. Aside from the people, the room was exceptionally clean and spacious, the water pressure was excellent, and the location is perfect…close enough to Ancient Town to walk, but far enough away to enjoy a quieter stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and I’ll genuinely remember the kindness of the staff long after I leave Vietnam. No dislikes.

Great location, comfortable room, amazing staff. I was treated like royalty, and they were most helpful in every way! No complaints whatsoever!

Everything was above average. Everything. WIsh I could have stayed longer.

Friendly & helpful staffs, their knowledgable about the culture & history of Hoi An. The hotel also has a lot of tours including a free one for guests :) Nothing

Gavy was the most amazing most beautiful host ever. It was worth going out just to come back to be greated from her ? One time Gavy didn’t greet me because she had the day off

The staff is the best feature if I had to pick our favorite. We adored Min, Ivy and Sunny. They delivered hospitality! No other accommodations has provided us with a staff as sunny and welcoming as these ladies (and we stayed in HCMC, Huế, Da Nang as well during this trip). None.

The property is near old town and has a lot of coffeeshops, quaint shops and spas around it. I love it that they are preserving Hoi An culture. The staff were exceptional, very helpful. They always greet you with a sincere smile. They gave us good recommendation where to go, reserved it for us. I love that there was a welcoming snack with a handwritten note to welcome us. Shout out to Min, Sunny and Ivy. They are part if our excellent experience in Hoi An NONE!!

Excellent location not too far from the city center but away from the hustle bustle at the center of Hoi An. Quick location to move in and out whenever one wants a quiet respite. A variety of Vietnamese or Western style food are on offer at breakfast, which allowed each member of our party to find food to their liking.

Our initial check-in process was a little long/more involved. We were tired and wanted to settle in so having a 15+ minute presentation wasn't ideal.

This was absolutely the best stay that we could have asked for in the heart of Old Town! The staff - Sunny, Min, Ivy and Gavy were an absolute delight, and that’s an understatement! They were always keen to help, cheerful throughout and even with our difficult Indian names, remembered and addressed us by it. Additionally, the rooms were super comfortable, had all that we needed to make our stay so very pleasant. The breakfast was exceptional as well! Overall a perfect way to end our trip to Vietnam!

The ladies at the front desk (Ivy, Sunny and Min) were so welcoming and friendly from the moment I arrived at the front door Ivy was excellent in her explanation of all the cultural things to do in Hoi An I really enjoyed the cultural walk lead by Bao which is complimentary for hotel residents and the historical talk hosted by Bao and Ivy was very informative and provided greater undersranding of the Vietnam war and the context in which events unfolded

A great experience on all counts - nice clean room, comfy bed with plenty of pillows, great location - but the real treat is the team. I've gotten to know Min, Sunny, Ivy and Gavy and their different yet all charming personalities. They were all extremely helpful and informative, eager to do everything necessary to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Will not miss a chance to come again!
