I liked the pool area. The staff. First, they never replied to my messageson booking asking to change date and asking for a crib. Second, when we arrived there they gave us a room on the second floor with an infant, so we had to carry our stroller up and down. Third, the AC wasn't working so my infant had a terrible night. The next morning we complained and they offered a fan. 4 hours after still nothing we were just sweating in the room. After we complained again, someone finally offered us a room, this time on the 3rd floor. No help was offered to help with all the suitcases and stroller, no elevator remember! The breakfast could be better as well, we ended up going out for breakfast.

The room was spacious. The same one could say about the pool area and a nice location of the hotel. 1. Breakfast from 7 to 9 AM, what means a wake up call during vacation in order to get some breakfast. 2. No decent coffee for breakfast you would expect being in Vietnam (but you could get a good one in a coffee shop at the same hotel). 3. Very shabby free hotel bicycles (but you can get the better ones from the hotel for extra money).

The location was perfect to go see the memories show across the river. The room was very spacious. No elevator. The staff was not friendly and helpful. TV didn’t work. Outside drinks and food were not allowed in the room.

Absolutely perfect location. Not too far from the hustle and bustle and easy walk into the night markets/ lantern festival. The pool and rooms were amazing yet the hotel still had a rustic authentic vibe . Would definitely stay here again!!

Safe, well kept, 20 minutes walk to town. Great restaurants close by on the river shore! Breakfast is organized poorly, probably because it ends at 9am so people arrive at 8:45 at the same time. The selection is ok but could be better for the continental stuff, the layout should be changed may be... I don't know but a 10am breakfast should be much better.

A beautiful hotel and grounds The kitchen in the photo for the suite had nothing, zero kitchen tools. The river view is a small river, not the main waterfront that you’d think you’d get in Hoi An

Property was walking distance to everything and the grounds are immaculately kept. The staff was warm and welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely stay again Central located to everything with the best staff in HoiAn. Will definitely stay again

Right across the street, there are good restaurants. The shower didn't have a glass door to separate from the rest of the bathroom, and the floor got wet everywhere. There is no elevator to the 3rd floor, and it was tough to carry down heavy suitcases.

Rooms were clean and spacious, pool was beautiful and clean, dining room was immaculate and calming. ALL STAFF, without exception were awesome, full of smiles, chat and helpfulness. The Reception staff were super smiley, provided us with a vase on request, the housekeeping were efficient and always left us fresh towels. The maintenance man, working around the property was always smiling, even at 11pm when I bumped into him! And the morning breakfast crew were amazing, especially the male "head" guy, full of smiles, greetings and a little bit of chatter. The staff organised Hoi An Go electric cars for us on the first night until we got the App! We arranged an early check-in for Xmas morning, which was no problem, and we left our cases in reception on the last day. For anyone reading this, there is a snicket out of the back of the hotel to Nourish Vegan restaurant, around 100m walk, which is beautiful food and an amazing environment for brunch. We walked the long way back to the hotel having not seen the back entrance. There are a few restaurants near the hotel serving Vietnamese or Western foods, and the Electric Hoi An Go cars, take maybe 5 mins to the market and 10 mins to the old town, costing 50,000VND and 100,000VND, which was around $3 or $6 (NZ) for us at the time, which isnt even enough to buy a cup of coffee, so great location for the hotel, and there is a mini-market near, aw well as nail salons, barbers, shavers, cafe's etc nearby, so you can spend a day at the hotel or in the immediate vicinity quite happily. Some of the paving was slippery after rain with algae on the slabs, and the polished marble corridors look amazing, but were slippery underfoot after the rain, particularly the shaded sections around the pool.

The room was very spacious and had a balcony. The place was extremely clean and comfortable, and I really loved staying here. It’s a little far from the night market (about a 15–20 minute walk), but it’s easy to rent a bike or use Grab. This was the best room I stayed in during my trip to Vietnam - super clean, very spacious, and well-equipped. It had all the facilities you could need, even small thoughtful touches like an umbrella. The breakfast options were quite limited and average. Other than that, I don’t have any complaints.

Great pool and room facilities Everything was good

The outlets and the door were all finicky—I had to prop my phone up with the kettle, every night, to get it to charge. I had to angle and jiggle my key every time to get inside the room. I didn’t get a king bed as requested but two doubles. Even though it was big, the gap in the middle was noticeable.

The hotel is a Paradise in between the small town. Just the distance from center but can be managed by bike or grab

Hoi An Emotion Boutique is a stay of your dreams. The rooms are big and comfortable. You can spread out and make yourself feel at home. The staff are accommodating and kind. The swim up bar is fantastic for a lazy afternoon. The breakfast had a wide range of fresh and tasty food to fill your stomach till lunch!
