The swimming pool was closed due to construction work, which we didn’t know beforehand. Construction work started early in the morning.

The beautiful gardening and mostly the staff were absolutely wonderful. The facility is a bit old and not in perfect condition. The bath was a bit weird because of the size. And no door separation between it and the room.

Very satisfying breakfast for both Vietnam food lovers and occidental clientele Size and the room, (very stylish)including its balcony. Quietness of the site A bit far from central city but easy to reach by taxi Grab.

Wish we could have stayed longer in Hoi An Garden. Its just a very very comfortable, relaxing place to be after walking around in Hoi An and back to the room. The pool is great, the breakfast was expecially declicious, complete, and nutritious. The staff!! they are definitely excellent! NONE. We love everything in Hoi An Garden

Pool was comfortable and room were spacious. Not a big fan of the European style rooms, didn’t hinder our stay but seemed a little dated.

The staff - especially my were so friendly and helpful. I took my travel group here and everything was 10/10. My was so helpful with organizing all our activities and extras. Would absolutely stay here again!

We arrived to find a leakage from the AC, but the staff responded immediately and were incredibly helpful. Since no other rooms were available, they upgraded us to a room at their sister hotel, Rosemary Boutique Hotel. The staff were outstanding, especially Phuong, the hotel manager, who took exceptional care of us after the unfortunate start. Thanks to their incredible hospitality, we ended up extending our stay by five extra nights! This is truly the place to stay in Hoi An. I liked everything about this place.

I took here my fiance because she loves princess vibes and castles. The acomondation made us feel like in a fairytale and gave us romantic vibes which is excatly what we hoped for. Our room was very pretty, spacious and smelled good. We had a pool view and the apartment furniture looks historical. The staff was reaaaally friendly and kind, asking us everyday while breakfast how did we sleep, if everything is fine etc and they were always smiling. One day we could not fall asleep because of a loud party noise coming from another hotel next to this one. We went to the reception to ask whether it is possible to do something about that. The staff was very helpful and kindly moved us to another room on the other side of a hotel for that night so we could fall asleep. The breakfast was good, a lot of to choose from. We received an half hour free foot massage instead of free taxi to airport (which we did not need). There are bicycles to borrow for free. The apartment is not fully sound-proof, you can hear noise from the coridors (room cards beeping etc.) and outside.

This place was a dream! We ended up here after leaving another hotel due to mildew in the rooms, and it was such a welcome change. The hotel itself is stunning, with well-maintained gardens and a beautiful pool—our kids loved it. The staff were exceptional, always going the extra mile. When our kids got sick, they were incredibly attentive and helpful. Plus, they even surprised my partner with a birthday cake at breakfast! Definitely the best stay we had in Vietnam
