Hoi An Golden Heart Villa

Great pool. Ms flower is very kind. The room had a balcony which was really nice. The breakfast was really bad. Not flavorful.

The location of the place is great The rooms we got and we got two rooms were damp full of mold and severe unclean The hotel manager wanted us to cancel the booking on booking in order to get more money from the stay  when we wanted to get out of the room in the same day, we got there the owner refused a refund the booking we just placed… with weird claims Overall would not recommend we found hairs inside the sheets and we woke up with ants, crawling over our hands and the bed and the bathroom was disgusting

I enjoyed my stay here. The sweet staff of ladies were attentive to all my needs and went out of their way to assure I was always comfortable. The owner Flowers name is self explanatory. She is indeed a precious one. She even had a karaoke birthday party for me and invited her nice friends. It was a joy and I will never forget her kindness. Bliss and Light to all of them. I don't have anything to reply about dislikes

The food can be better, the room was very cold and humid (They gave us an extra blanket so after this was better)

We chose this place based on extremely positive reviews of the host, Flower. She was definitely very helpful and made several aspects of our trip so easy! The breakfast each morning has several options to choose from, and food is available for purchase throughout the day as well. We actually enjoyed the wildlife in our room, as our son woke up eager to greet the line of ants that traveled across the wall, and they stayed away from our bed/belongings, but realize other travelers may not be as welcoming.

We stayed here twice (also after coming back from Cham Island) and really enjoyed it. We were in a dorm with two double beds and one single, the beds were comfy, AC worked well, bathroom was fine. The owner as well as her staff were very friendly, breakfast was tasty with a few different choices, and we liked the pool a lot. The free towels and especially the free bikes were great — one of the reasons we booked here, since it’s a bit outside the old town. In the end, we actually liked the location a lot, as biking around was a fun and easy way to explore. Overall, a good place to stay!

The place is a bit further out, but you can easily rent a bike or grab.

Host Flower was very welcoming and eager to help with arrangements. The room was very spacious and clean. We chose this because of the good reviews and the location just between old city and the beach. The plus is a local market just around the corner with food, fruits and other things. We also enjoyed the pool which was a big plus on the hot sunny days.

Very nice spacious hostel. It's located in a walk distance from the old town. The owner, Flower, is nice and friendly, taking care of everything. There's a pool, you can chill in or next to it. Breakfast is yummy ?

I loved the atmosphere here, very relaxed. It felt like staying at family's home. The location is good, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The bustling city centre is also in a convenient distance. The owner is very helpful and always smiling. I would love to come back in the future :) The room needs a bit of renovation, there's mold growing on one wall.

We had a lovely stay at Hoi An Heart Hostel Villa. We arrived super early in the morning, the room wasn't ready, but the owner Flower allowed us to dump our bags and have a snooze on the beds by the pool. The room itself was a great size, with one of the strongest air con units we have experienced in SE Asia! The shower offered plenty of hot water, but getting the right temperature was sometimes a little tricky (either crazy hot scalding or cold) - it takes a bit of getting used to. We didn't use the pool whilst there but it looked clean and well maintained. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of options on offer (eggs, bread, fruit, omelette, noodle soup etc) drinks inc too. Bikes available to hire for 30,000 VND per day Flower can assist with booking lots of things in the nearby area, she helped us with booking Hai Van Pass scooter rental which was brilliant. The property is a 10 minute bike ride out of the centre of Hoi An, so was nice and quiet. A longer walk or quick Grab will get you into the centre in no time. Nothing at all - a great property!

Exceptional

The owner Flower was amazing! She answered all our questions, showed us good places to go in the area, and even took us with her to her tailor! Overall would definitely recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. They agreed to change our room b/c it was facing the street and was too noisy for us (the window was not closing properly). The banana pancake for breakfast was amazing, probably the best we had in Vietnam. The transfer to the airport that was proposed was overpriced, we could find many cheaper options in the city center. Since the hotel is on a main road, it can be quite noisy, and the pool area might not be very relaxing.

Everything was great. The staff, the hotel facilities, the location, and it’s always nice to start your day with coffee and breakfast without having to leave your hotel. I originally was going to stay 7 nights, but I have extended my stay an additional 7 nights. I love Hoi An, and this hotel!

We had a nice experience at the hostel. The staff was great and it was easy to plan our days with the help of Flower. The bathroom could use a little love and more storage space would be nice in the shared room. Other than that it was great.
