Hoi An Palmy Villa

Very nice big rooms and comfortable beds. You can ask for omelett, pancake and scrambled eggs for breakfast. Clean and warm pool.

Great place great location value for money and decent breakfast ? very warm friendly staff would highly recommend . The best hotel I stayed in Hoi An .Room was neat, clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and the pool was spot on.

Property well designed, spacious rooms ,great pool and surrounding garden. Very hospitable and friendly staff. Rooms spotless and comfortable bed. Situated on a residential street just outside busy areas.

Far from old town

Very nice and personal experience. Greeted with fresh juice at the welcome which was a nice touch. Pool was lovely and I enjoyed how there weren't too many units in the property. Hosts did an amazing job at accommodating and hospitality. Thank you Anne! A bit further from the city center than I anticipated, but still great overall. Loud rooster in the morning, but not a problem with ear plugs.

Everything was really great. The location is good enough ( very quiet ) and I would say this is great value for the money. Ms. Anh welcomed us and took care of everything for us, she really made our stay even more enjoyable ( it was already great anyway ) and I enjoyed talking to her every day. If I'm ever back in Hoi An, this is the place I will visit again.

Quiet. Very nice pool. Free bikes. Strong internet with request Be careful leaving food around. The ants will swarm; this is a problem in many places not just unique to palmy

What a great little boutique hotel. The staff here is so friendly, greeting you by your name and helpful with everything. The hotel is very clean and the beds are so comfortable and it is nice and quiet . The pool was so refreshing after a day of exploring with comfy loungers and umbrellas. They had bicycles for us to use and we had so much fun exploring the paddy fields and beach on them. Breakfast was included with our stay and every morning there was fresh juice, coffee and tea, Fresh sliced fruit , bread lettuce and tomato and banh mi bread. They would do and egg anyway you like ( we always ordered the omlet ) it was so good . There are restaurants near by and cute coffee shops. We walked or biked everywhere but you get. grab into old town for 60,000vnd. Fantastic place, would stay here again! The doors to the rooms are frosted glass and if your neighbours don't turn out their balcony lights it shines in your room at night.

The egg omelette was excellent! The breakfast was delicious with fresh fruits everyday, hot pho and fried rice to order. All the tea and coffee and juice. Plus toast, pastries… There’s a rooster that crows every morning starting around 5am, but after a day or so we got used to it and didn’t hear it anymore. Bathroom could use a shelf to put our stuff on.

Staff and value Smell of mold.

The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was simple but delicious, with omelets made to order using fresh eggs collected from their hen run and slices of papaya from the tree in the hotel yard. We liked being near the vegetable fields and had no difficulty catching a Grab taxi for a ten minute ride into the center of town. If you like staying right on top of the action then this isn't the place for you. We really enjoyed our stay at this family-run place. There were no tissues in the room. I'm sure they'd have provided some if I'd asked. There was a slight smell of mould in the room. Once we'd left the door open for an hour it dissipated

The pool area by far was the highlight of the property itself. Gorgeous, and the most beautiful compared to similar properties in the area. It was exceptionally clean, as in no pests or trash around the property. It was conveniently located to the historic district making taxi fares cheap into town. I liked the distance away bc it was quiet at night allowing for sleep, where a closer hotel might have picked up street noise. The rooms were spacious! Ample Space. The beds were extremely comfortable, a first in Asia for us. There were a few cosmetic issues, but to be expected for a small business hotel in a tropical humid environment. The rooms were tidied every day, and there were no pests in the rooms. They also provided bottle water every day. The breakfast was generous and nutritious, with times that allowed early birds and late risers to get a meal. Drinks were available at other times during the day for purchase. What made the hotel amazing and exceptional was the over the top customer service provided by the staff. From a cheerful and helpful middle of the night welcome to pictures together as we left, after a short five days. The staff is what made this the perfect location for our first trip to Vietnam. They helped us book tours and taxis. They helped us with restaurant recommendations, clothing shop recommendations. They took care of airport transportation for us. They truly tended to our every need, at a moments notice, and were always kind and considerate. Truly Ms Anh and the others were the highlight of our stay! For full disclosure, the comment above about a few cosmetic issues associated with a small business hotel and tropical environment were the only things that could improve. In no way did those small cosmetic issues take away from our stay. We would stay again and recommend the hotel to others.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Palmy Villa. Kind family & staff! Beautiful pool Comfortable beds & quiet nights Perfect location for us! Halfway between the old town and the beach! We used the free bikes almost daily and affordable grab rides at night when needed! Nothing!

Family run villa is very attentive and kind. They pay very close attention to their guests, and helped us with anything and everything we needed quickly - fresh blankets, laundry service, placing food to go orders, etc. Their breakfast is also simpler but tasty. Strongly recommend the omelette, and the fruit was the freshest and tastiest we’ve had during this trip. There was some light to medium rain on the trip and the villa was gorgeous and scenic. Great location too especially if you like to bike - within grab / biking distance to both old quarter and the beach in the opposite direction. Free bike rental is great, and they were very gracious to us breaking one of the bikes. The rooms themselves were so spacious and quiet, a nice break from the busier cities we stayed in. By nature of being in the countryside, there are more bugs and geckos on the villa and potentially in the room. There was nothing crazy and the geckos are harmless, but be careful of leaving doors open for mosquitos and be friendly to the geckos !

Huge room by Vietnam standards, and with a balcony. Large comfortable bed. Clean. Fairly modern decor. Everything on the room worked. VWonderful staff. It’s a bit far from downtown but I knew that and enjoyed the walks. Nothing to dislike other than the rainy season weather.

beautiful family run this homely Villa. Central to evrything in Hoi An with lots of funky and welcoming cafes, restaurants and markets nearby. Away from the hustle and bustle of old town. Close to Beach. I wish my stay there was longer!

It’s quiet and pretty clean and cozy. Good value too. Ms. Linh and Ms Hai are very hospitable and warm. The family’s kids are demure and well-behaved. The bicycles collection may need some more maintenance - oiling, dusting, etc. They are very flexible towards tenant’s requests, thanks for that too!

Lovely and helpful owners and staff, beautiful pool and great location. Just the wifi was a bit slow and dropped out a few times.

Such a lovely stay at Palmy Villa. All of the staff are warm and welcoming and nothing is a problem, very helpful. The rooms are v clean with large beds and decent sized rooms. The location is great if you want a little peace outside of the old town. I highly recommend this slice of heaven in Hoi An. We will definitely stay at Palmy Villa if we return to Hoi An.
