We originally booked for 5 nights and requested a ground floor room (as I have trouble getting upstairs), unfortunately when we arrived the ground floor rooms were all occupied. As it was late when we checked in, we stayed for just the one night and left in the morning. That was a shame as the property looked really nice and it was extremely cheap. The host and his family and staff were amazing. Thats the best part. We stayed there for 21 days and they were always smiling and never said no for anything. They always found a way to help and accommodate our requests. They were generous many times. So thats the best part. The pool was great. We used it a few times to play and cool down. The breakfast had only few selections. We stuck to a few items - banana pancakes, bread omelette, juice & coffee and they gave us some fruits. Although we would have loved some variety, we were happy we could start our day with something before we go around. We loved the cycles and the pump to fill in air when required. We could go around even up to the beach one day. It was fun. The balcony in the room was nice. The rooms were exactly as in the photos. The place had some sitting area outside and was green. The whole of vietnam had one problem. People were smoking everywhere even next to kids and in dining places. We did not like that at all and had to tolerate. This was our biggest problem in the place of stay as well.

Great staff, very clean/comfortable, great location- a short bike ride or grab to the old town or the beach. Bars/shops and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast, free bikes - some in need of repair but we found 3 solid ones to use in our 4 days there. Great value for the money and the staff were fantastic-set us up with a very good night bus to Hanoi. Overall a great experience and highly recommended! Nothing

The rooms were big and the beds were comfortable, The hotel manager was very nice and helpful and allowed us to use the kitchen. The hotel was a few minutes walk from very nice restaurants and a market.

Wonderful Villa hotel. Relaxing and peaceful, with good fresh breakfast excellent omelet. Room large with lovely tiled rain shower. TV has CNA and other foreign channels. Khanh and his family made my stay happy and relaxed. Also, you have free bikes and motorcycles rental! All good

We loved everything! Clean, spacious rooms, beautiful and warm swimming pool, peaceful garden and location in a quiet side street yet just a few minutes walking from several great restaurants, cafes and a mini mart. This villa has the best price quality ration we found in Vietnam so far. Also the owners are very kind and sweet, nothing is problem for them. Recommended 100 %! If you are traveling with children, it is very child friendly and safe environment. Everything was perfect.

The whole property is a cool and quiet vibe place. From hospitality to comfort after a tour day, this places gives you the best. Have to mention the host Mr. khanh, Man you are awesome and kind! He makes sure ypu dont have any problems and sorts them out if any. His approach towards guests is so kind and lovely! About the room — it was very well ventilated and spacious. Restroom was too good. Will suggest this place to anyone who is visiting HoiAn / Danang. Highly recommended Nil

Everything was amazing. Such an incredible stay in the villa. Huge rooms, really comfy and excellent aircon and toilet. Swimming pool perfect. BREAKFAST IS HONESTLY THE BEST.

The villa was beautiful! I really liked the location because it was between the busy town and other attractions such as the coconut village. The area where it is located has lots of restaurants etc. Khanh was a wonderful host and was there to meet us when we arrived. The pool was great! Very clean. Khanh offers meals, bikes and laundry services. There nothing I would change - we had a great stay.

Good location, not noisy, friendly and helpful owner and staff. Great showers. Free bicycles. Owner allowed us to make our own mokapot coffee in the kitchen.
