The mixing valve on the shower didn’t work so was hard to get the water on a medium heat. Also no bathmat.

I loved the high floor/ the privacy. The all around windows and plenty of natural light. The balcony is super cosy to hang out. The bed is soft and comfy. The owner was very responsive always available to help and answer questions. I ended up extending my stay to 4 additional nights and was going to extend even more of the room was not already booked? The place is a bit run down, the toilet is unhinged, some small repairs in the bathroom and room can be helpful.

Good sized, clean room with comfortable bed. Nice pool to cool off . The toilet seat was old and stained. It would be better to change it . The towels were small.

Perfect place to stay away from the noisy tourist crowds, cute cafes and restaurants are close by, the staff are kind and we booked a really comfy bus to Hue with the owner. The quality for the price was amazing, the room was so clean and comfy with a great AC and fresh towels every day! They have a dog if you’re scared of them it might bother you but I didn’t care

Peters place was so beautiful; clean, spacious, working A/C, clean pool, breakfast available if you wanted. He was so accommodating during our stay. He was able to sort out our taxi to Da nang and also he recommended his families tailor which was really good. Peter place was 30 min walk from the old quarter but he has bicycles which you can use for free or he can easily sort you out a motorbike. Peter was a very relaxed individual, you can ask him anything. He even was able to sort us out USD as we planned to travel to Cambodia after being in Hoi An. It was perfect :)

The host and his family were all so friendly and helpful. Some really nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and a 30 minute walk into the centre of the old town, where there’s loads of shopping/things to do. The pool was incredible and we were the only ones using in throughout our entire stay. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean.

Friendly staff Decent location The big doors Pillows were stained so I put a t-shirt on top of them as a barrier. The shower didn't always produce hot water. The toilet seat was in bad condition. The supplied towels often had stains and/or tears & holes in them.

The host Peter was really friendly and very helpful. He organised us a scooter and a private tour. Our room was spacious, clean and lovely decorated. We extended our stay twice. The guesthouse is situated between the old town and the seaside/ beach (10 minutes by Scooter) Nothing.
