The property was clean. It was easy to get either to old town or the beach. The location had enough around. The staff were accommodating and kind.

Everything was great but the staff really made this an amazing stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and every time it was with a smile! The room, in my opinion (because my bf said the opposite ?) had an amazing smell of lemongrass.. a spa like scent! I loved that it didn’t smell like a usual hotel room or cigarettes. The location was perfect- about 20-25 min walk to the old town; and beaches were just as close… or a quick drive.. poise they had shuttles that take you to the old town or beaches! The street it was on had plenty of shops also. The buffet breakfast was really good! Had plenty of options both traditional foods and continental breakfast options. The pool was comfortable, wish it had a few more pool chairs (but thank god we weren’t there during high season ?). I don’t have anything to say that I didn’t like!

What an exceptional stay in Hoi An! The Saga was fantastic - super friendly staff, great food and drink, and a wonderful suite! And the low price made it all even better! It was good to be a little way from the craziness of historic downtown of Hoi An, but still within a 20 minute walk. We walked back and forth each day of our stay and it was a good way to keep the weight off from all the good eating. We particularly enjoyed Huong at the reception desk - she was so cute, kind, and attentive to all of our needs. The pool was a great way to cool off after walking around Hoi An each day. We borrowed their bikes to ride to the beach and just as we got there my wife's tire went flat. After calling the hotel on WhatsApp, they sent a dedicated car and driver to our location and at the time we requested to rescue us and bring us back to the hotel. They also provided a free ride to the Da Nang airport on the last day of our stay (I think this was included with the suite we booked). The entire complex was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! Thanks for making our Hoi An experience even better, Saga Hotel! The bikes could use a bit of upkeep - the brakes were basically metal-on-metal, but you get what you pay for (they were free! Lol!)

I stayed at The Saga Hotel Hoi An for 4 nights during a family trip in Apr '26 and could not have been happier with my choice. Pretty much everything exceeded expectations: - Rooms were good sized, clean and the free mini bar (replenished daily with beer, soft drinks and chips) was a nice touch - ALL the staff was fantastic from the reception, to the restaurant, bar and Spa: helpful, polite and keen to help with any request - Restaurant food was great, especially the many Vietnamese options we tried. Fresh spring rolls, duck salad and local pancakes were some of our favorites... and try the mango milkshake! - The Spa had excellent massages and very fair prices - Talking of prices, the hotel is overall fantastic value - and that applies to the rooms, the spa as well as the restaurant - Lastly, the location is great. Close enough to the historic city center but far away from the tourist crowds to enjoy a more tranquil and relaxing side of the city. Great little coffee places nearby as well Everything was great, without exception. Perhaps one small suggestion would be to offer espresso as part of the breakfast selection without extra charge.

The staff were excellent, especially a lady who I can’t remember her name, as they made sure we had everything we needed and personally remembered what we were doing each day. The pool area is lovely, it would have been nice to have easy access to drinks by the pool and it sometimes seemed hard to get a sunbed but we managed a few times. The breakfast was good but no cappuccinos or espressos were available which we got in most other hotels. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable beds and they were quite spacious. The cleaning staff were fantastic making sure we had everything we needed, bringing extra shampoo etc when we ran out. We ate at a restaurant a few doors down called circle that I highly reccomend and the massage shops opposite were fantastic and did my nails perfectly so I highly recommend them too!

Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing and the breakfast was great. We got the suite room and it was very spacious and really well layed out with a great separate sitting area and a balcony overlooking the pool. There were screaming kids in the pool which the hotel is addressing by adding dedicated quiet hours and whilst there were not enough loungers they are currently adding some more.

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was beautiful (the bed was so comfortable ), the staff are amazing, the grounds are lovely and the breakfast is the best we had in any hotel on our travels. Oh! And the spa attached to the hotel is heaven! We will be back. We loved everything. We didn't like leaving!

The staff is otherworldly, they remember everything and are so thoughtful!! Enjoyed the free bicycles, the great swimming pool with waterfall (ask to turn it on) and also the restaurant was really good. After 5 nights we had to stay another week (delayed flight due to Iran war), which we did with pleasure! Bar closes at 10pm, an hour longer would be nice.

great breakfast and lots of choice. very attentive staff. hotel very clean and staff very accommodating. pool area smaller than we expected and chairs filled up very quickly. fortunately for us we went to stay at the beach after our visit here.

Beautiful facilities, lovely saltwater pool, felt like a mini resort. The service was outstanding, very helpful and kind staff.

My husband didn’t love the mattress on the floor for the loft room, but I didn’t mind. It was a bit of a walk to the Old Town, so we mainly used Grab, which was fine.

The hotel amenities are beautiful! All great, nothing to dislike

Comfortable bed, very nice pool, excellent breakfast with many options, very attentive staff. Convenient shuttle service to Old Town. We were happy to be staying in a quieter area as the Old Town was very busy and crowded with people. The fresh rolls at their restaurant are excellent!
