Location and interior design I could not stay there longer because I had to go back to work

I've stayed at 20+ different hotels in Hoi An over living for more than 2 years in Da Nang, and I had this one on my list to try for a long time. I'm so glad I did. It's hands down one of the best, most complete experiences one can find. The size and quality of the room are unmatched. The pool is lovely and the staff are exceptional. The location is, in my opinion, ideal. Couldn't recommend more.

The room was not what was advertised. Upon arrival the matriarc, because lets get this straight, it is not a hotel, as I thought, but a homestay, said that I had been upgraded, which I found odd as I chosen the best and most expensive room with bath and jacuzzi. It turned out I was downgraded to a small dirty room with a bathroom as rocks as a floor. Now let's be clear, rocks cannot be cleaned, so this was unhygenic to the max and never cleaned. It did have a stained bath and the toilet did work twice before becoming blocked, at which they refused to fix. I chose the hotel because it was wet season and they had a generator, but they refused to use it because "it costs too much". Left in the dark, with no toilet, I was forced after two nights to walk up the road 20 metres to the Animra Hotel - top quality and uses the generator - highly reccomended. I have travelled the world in my business and this was by far the worst accommodation I have stayed at. The breakkfast was scrambled eggs and bread and pathetic. Avoid this place at all costs.

This villa was everything I needed. I move there from another villa because of the flood and I was surprised to be welcomed with a lot of care and hospitality by Hai and her husband. They made sure we were safe during the worst flood Hoi An has seen in the past 6 decades. They provided everything we needed and exceeded every expectation I had, creating a good environment during the time we were confined, hosting dinners for the guests and cooking us lunch, since we were unable to leave the hotel. I ended up staying 10 days there and would have stayed more if it weren't for my flight back. Hai and Phi made my stay even more special. The villa itself is marvelous, with lots of trees, beautiful swimming pool and a lot of privacy. The room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned and with lots of natural light. Breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of items you can choose, which are cooked to order. There are bicycles that can be used, which is the perfect way to get to know the city. The Old town and rice fields are only 10 minutes away by bike and the beach is only 15mins away. There are many great local restaurants nearby.

Hosts managing the property were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room and great swimming pool. Nice breakfast It is a bit of a walk into Hoi An; however we found that getting a taxi on Grab app was easy & good value for when we were tired

Good value accommodation, a beautiful garden with a clean pool. Very nice big room. Good breakfast, enough choice. Free bicycles. Competent staff. Only the bicycles could be better maintained.

A little osais - beautiful garden and pool. The host, Hai was fantastic - helped with everything. Recomended good restaurants, arranged renting motorbike, massage and one day invited all guests to lunch (free). Our best hotel in Vietnam.

Amazing stay! 30min walk from old town, but we made this conscious decision. Amazing host, she helped us a lot, was super kind and friendly. Very beautiful and relaxing place

The rooms are very really cool, private and spacious. The property itself is beautiful and tropical, the pool was a treat. Hai is hands down the best host, great sense of humour and helpful with local info and tours. With her husband, daughter and staff, they run a smooth operation. Breakfast was delicious, def recommend going for the local options!! Location directly between the beach and the old quarter, free bikes to use to go exploring. We were sad to leave (and wouldn’t have if we didn’t have flights booked) and will def be back xx

This place is quite lovely, it gets breezy keeping things cool. The host is engaging and looks out for you.

We loved our stay at East West Villas. The host was so friendly and the accommodation was perfect for us and our baby. The breakfast was delicious and the room we booked was big and comfortable. Its close to rice fields, the river and lots of restaurants.

Mrs. Hai is a wonderful hostess. The value of the hotel is excellent. The beds are very comfortable. And the rooms are very clean. Some of the fixtures are a bit dated and some touch ups in the bathroom would go a long way to taking the hotel from good to great.

We loved our stay here! The staff were so friendly, property was very clean and comfortable Great breakfast too Rooms a little bit damp, a dehumidifier would be helpful but maybe not all room have the same problem Would still stay here again and highly recommend!

The bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in all my travels throughout Vietnam. It felt like home away from home. There were bikes on the property to use. The property is just around the corner from the rice paddies, a 10/15 minute bike ride to Old Town and 15 minutes to the beach. Hai made my transfer to my next destination easy. Highly recommend.
