The villa is so lovely with the kind staff. They also offer the bike rent with the price at 40k VND/day. They have a small garden in front of the villa so it made me feel like home. The bed is big so we can sleep comfortably and they also have warm water to take the shower. The villa is located in the middle of everywhere so you can go to the own town or the rice field or the An Bang beach easily. They just don't have the elevator so we need to take all the luggages by walk to the room. The facilities are quite old and simple, the wall is also quite dirty so we cannot take the photo or make room-tour video here. Overall, it still is good to try.

The place looks nothing like the photos online. It definitely needs significant upkeep, as many areas feel worn down. The heater stopped working on my second day, which was inconvenient. While the visible areas were acceptable, there was noticeable dust in hidden spots—especially under the table and around the electrical outlets, which I discovered while setting up my workspace. The lighting was also very dim with a yellow tone, making it difficult to work comfortably.

The photos are a bit misleading, either old, or ai generated. They give an idyllic impression of a countryside setting, more so than reality. It's a busy area. Also some kind of electrical generator outside my room, somewhat annoying. But overall, a pleasant enough stay.

The owners are very kind. The mattress is too stiff.

Windows and doors had massive gaps so mosquitoes came in and aircon didn’t make it feel cold at all. Don’t understand high rating, I didn’t like so much

Great place with super comfy beds and big bathroom. They have breakfast at a great price everyday. The lady that received us was super kind and helpful.
-
the only think i didn’t get: we were taking bikes and the owner didn’t say anything about the price. and only at checking out the owner said, that we actually need to pay. thats weird. why not to say it at the beginning? and walls are kinda thin. we were hearing in the evening people playing songs in other rooms :( but in general we really like it, the owner is sweet and ready to help you

they were really really nice location close to the main road but quiet they let me charge the electric motorbike outside. the room i got was windowless. its like a bad joke really. the guy staying in this room before me moved the next night to a different room, and it seemed like they give this room every time thers a new guest (maybe because it was single guest, and booked for one night only) its right next to a good minimart, but its a short ride away from the old city center where all is happening, (if its a ride away, i would have proffered to be loser to the rice paddies, or next to a river side, and thats where i moved to) while some places let you use the bicycle for free, here it was also for rent.

Nice clean place to stay. Wifi worked well. Close to market and restaurants. Owners very nice. Room large and clean. Fridge and kettle. Hot water. Would recommend!

The owners were super friendly and helpful, the room was big and comfortable, and even had a small balcony. And just across the road is an excellent cafe, that made my mornings :) would definitely come again. Also just few mins by scooter to the centre

Very good

It was close to everything and easy to get around. The owners were friendly. The room smelt mouldy and damp. Bathroom would flood if you had a shower over five minutes.

Staff were lovely, I forgot to bring an adaptor to charge with and they lent me their iPhone charger. Room was really clean and cosy, beautiful little balcony. Whilst not included, the breakfasts are so delicious, fresh and cheap. The bed was quite hard

A beautiful place, room was clean, Ha (the host) was very nice, helped us with every question and problem we had. You can rent a bicycle and a motor bike in here, do laundry, and also book trips in the area. At first we booked 3 nights, and then we stayed for another two nights! We had a great time, really recommend it! Not so close to the city center. Also the mattress was a little bit stiff.

I just love it! All good

We choose this place based on reviews and now i want to add that it is a great place. Clean, cosy and the host is always available, helpful and soooo kind and smiley. She helped us with everything we needed, bicycle rental, taxi to Danang, laundry and even cooked us a fresh hearty brekkie on our last day. To me the location is perfect. Its the midway point between beach and city so its quieter. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.
