Made to feel very welcome. Rooms comfortable Simple breakfast & fresh juices provided Location is half way between the beach & the old Town - both a short, very cheap taxi ride away.

Overall patio area is amazing and so is the pool - water stays warm even at night and the pool is open 24h. The owner is super nice and helpful, made our stay very very nice. Breakfast is also very good!

The room was clean, airy, and well soundproofed. The space was quiet. The hosts were very friendly and hospitable. Breakfast had many local specialties to choose from. We chose Quảng noodle and cao lau, which were quite delicious and suited our taste.

Great room right next to pool. Room very big and bathroom huge. Shower great and one that doesnt soak the whole bathroom floor. Large fridge and decent TV with English movie channels. Did ask for double bed but got two singles pushed together but they were super comfy. Asked for two chairs so we could sit outside room of an evening with a cold beer which they provided (chairs not beer!) Asked for a kettle in the room which the also provided. Pool nice, looks a little murky but I just think that's the colour of the tiles. Pool towels also provided. Not temperature controlled though so on super hot day pool heats up. Decent free breakfast in the morning. Omelette plain but big. Lots of other choices, not just eggs. First day, I asked for Omelette and came with x4 plain dry slices of bread. Next day I asked for Banh Mi instead of bread, girl chef went out and got for me. Everyday after that I got a banh mi without having to ask instead of the bread. Free bicycle use. Location great...near Agribank that has lowest withdrawal fees for foreign cards. Not far from Cua Dai beach either. Supermarket just up the road along with Havana bar that does the cheapest beers in Hoi An 10,000 for large Saigon. Manager really friendly too and speaks good English. Loved our stay and have rebooked to go back in a few weeks. Pool only has two sun loungers and these are made out of solid slabs of granite...no kidding. Head rest also a solid lump of granite. After 5mins, back spasms, crushed hip bones and neck locked. Need to get rid off and buy some decent sun loungers. Only other moan is breakfast stops at 9am which is way to early. Need to make it 10am as gives you a chance for a lay in and not hungry at 8.30am

Owner managed hotel filled with so much love and care. The hotel has been lovingly built and cared for over the last 20 years by the owner and his family. It is an oasis in the hustle and bustle that is Hoi An.

A beautiful property in a great location in between the beach and old town. Free bikes, good breakfast and the staff really made it relaxing and couldn’t do enough for us. N/a

Little oasis in Hoi An, perfectly located in the middle between the beach and the busy old town. Easy to get around with the free bicycles. The pool is big and clean, so is the room. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to Mr Khanh and his wife! Nothing

Calm and private. BBQ and amenities ready for someone who love cooking. Guest can feel like as home. Good choice for small group under 10 adults. Pool so clean Small car-parking place.
