All of the staff are welcoming and provide exceptional service. At the front desk, Lam and Phuong were very helpful and made it feel like home. Although the location is a ways from town (walkable or the hotel has bikes) we enjoyed being away from the crowds and our morning walks in the rice fields. It is about a 25 min walk into the historic district for shopping but the walk is mainly along the river and the hotel has free bikes. There’s a number of restaurants nearby and we really enjoyed the quiet of the rice fields and beautiful hotel pool.

This is a very beautiful hotel in Hoi An. The rooms are a great size and have been stylised with amazing Vietnamese decor. Great views of rice fields, good facilities and amazing staff. Would like to thank Kim for making us feel very welcome and for giving us great service and recommendations. We are going to miss her! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for having us in your beautiful place.

Beautiful rooms, look just like the photos. Comfy beds, big shower area and bathtub. A perfect location if you're willing to cycle to get to the old town. I actually stayed here in February then brought my parents when they came to visit.

Nice location outside ancient old town Hoi An across from rice fields. bikes provided free, but not in best condition. Comfortable room, large room with balcony facing rice fields. Both fan and AC in room. Extremely disappointed with breakfast offerings. Only allowed to choose one course, one drink, sometimes one fruit was available. Staff very limited with communication, google translate was essential. Only one staff worker could slightly communicate without google translate. Pool chair cushions in poor condition, badly soiled and should be replaced. Some staff were not very friendly.

Perfect little hotel in the outskirts of Hoi An. Clean and comfortable rooms with marvellous views to the nearby fields. Good breakfast. Free bicycles available. Very reasonably priced Nothing really to dislike.

The property stands in front of a vast field and has a great view. The vibe is pretty serene and romantic. The pool is a plus. The resort is far from the heritage village but you can easily access it there with the scooter. It's relatively closer to the basket boat village which was the highlight of my trip. The Spa service wasn't available when we went and the breakfast is a la carte. It would have definitely been a plus with the spa service for me.

Rooms nice and like in the pictures. Very poor breakfast. DONT TRUST the pictures. We have been here 4 nights and only got some slices of white bread, cucumber and fried eggs as breakfast. We could choose EITHER juice or coffee (1 drink). After telling them that this was not in accordance with our expectations, we could eventually have a coffee and an orange juice. Fitness room very poor (2 weights and an outdated bicycle). Location medium, in the middle of nowhere. You will need the bikes or a taxi to get to the city center. Wouldn’t go back here.

The hotel was nice and clean, the pool was lovely and the staff were friendly. We had a really nice stay at this hotel, the bathroom was really nice. It was great that they provided free bicycles even though they were old and none of the brakes really worked but was a lot easier to get around as it was quite a walk to the old town. Just that there wasn’t really much choice for breakfast, we ended up skipping it a couple of times and not really any choices for drinks either. The staff were very friendly although a little too keen to help and tried to do absolutely everything for you, did get in the way at times but they are just trying to help I guess. Also that they took all day long to do laundry.
