A very nice property with a beautiful pool area. But three best part, by far, we’re the people running the hotel, especially the manager Tracey (Uyen), who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special, as well as the rest of the staff who were so accommodating, helpful, and friendly (with a special appreciation to—and I hope I have her name right—Suong at the front desk. Minor quibbles: lots of steps and street noise.

Rooms were quite big and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They give you a brief at check in which is quite helpful Everything was fine

We really enjoyed this hotel. Tracey was always quick responding, take care well all the guest. Room is big enough, so comfortable bed and very clean. I love the bath. Ride bicycles to go to everywhere and not so far old town. There are few nice restaurants around hotel. We will go back one day again. None

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They recommended us the outside restaurant as well. We were lucky to get the room upgraded to bigger rooms. Beds were comfortable and had a good sleep in quiet environment. Not the walking distance from old town. But it’s quite cheap and easy to get there using Grab. It’s worth staying here.

Overall a good homestyle hotel. Rooms and bathrooms (with both shower and tub separate) are spacious. Water pressure is very good. Breakfast is tasty, changes daily, and has enough options. Restaurants and shops nearby too (Sky Beer restaurant is my favorite). Front desk staff (Ms Tracey, Ms Katie and team) are the stars of this hotel. From the moment of booking, to assisting with activities during the stay, they are very sincere and helpful. No lifts, only stairs and steps within the floors, so maybe not suited for those with mobility issues. But the staff was kind enough to give our senior citizens the first floor (minimal steps down and up). Cleaning staff was a bit short due to Tet holiday. Restaurant waitress needs to pay more attention and has to be requested to refill items regularly.

We loved this property everything was super clean, organised, the stuff is very welcoming, helpful they gave us suggestions where to go, activities to do etc, they helped us with our luggages, kept our luggage’s after the check out. The room was very spacious and with a lovely view. The breakfast was very tasty. 100% recommended when in Hoi An

Breakfast was good. A wide spread of fruits and local dishes. Live counter for egg and soups. The staff was very friendly and saw that our stay was comfortable. They dont have escalators. Thats a bit of inconvenient if you have big heavy bags. Even though the bell boy helps in the luggage

The staff were amazing!!!! All my needs were met The full breakfast Nothing

nice and comfortable place

I loved the aesthetic, the pool and the room view of the rice field. I guess the breakfast could have finished just a little later and they could have changed it slightly everyday

Amazing staff, ready to help on any matter.

Exceeded expectations. The hotel is situated outside the center of Hoi An, but only 5min ride by taxi. There are quite a few shops nearby for anything you might need, but they close in the night. The setting of the hotel is very nice, with a pool where you can relax and a kiosk where you can have breakfast, or drink your coffee or drink. The rooms are spacious, a bit on the old-fashioned side, but comfortable. The beds are normal size and nice. The bathroom was huge with a big bath that you can fill and relax. The breakfast was good, with omelette and local dishes. The staff are very helpful and accomodating and make sure that you book any activities with them.

Absolutely blown away by this stay. It was the nicest place we had stayed throughout our 2 week trip to vietnam. The staff were so kind, hospitable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. The ultimate best part though was definitely the staff. Every staff member we interacted with were so gracious. Thanks Tracy, katie, and everyone else :)

Loved the old world charm of this beautiful hotel right on the river . A lovely walk 25-30 mins into old town and very near Memories. We enjoyed the distance from the main hub and the rice field nearby accessible by walking or making use of the hotel bikes for free. Breakfast was simple but met all tastes. Rooms were comfortable, good quality bedding and the biggest bath ever! Plenty of hot water too at all times. Lovely balcony with outdoor furniture to overlook the outstanding gardens! Utterly beautiful and so many butterflies. The pool and sun beds 10/10. We certainly made the most of this facility - best we've had in Vietnam and SO clean. Highlight though was the staff! We were greeted so warmly by Lucy who shared so much relevant information with us and her smile. Lilly made sure we had all we needed daily. Tracey helped us with bookings for the bus ( never easy) and we had the smoothest bus night journey to Nha Trang thanks to her. She also arranged for the tailors I visited to come to my hotel room to make alterations to the dress I bought. Don't have the names of the others who were there to support our stay and make us comfortable- but thanks to you all. Our parting gift was so kind - you will remain in our memories of our trip forever! This hotel is not sleek and modern but it has what it takes for a perfect stay . Highly recommend! Nothing

We had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Riverside Villas, unfortunately our flight got delayed so instead of staying 3 nights we only got to stay 1. Katy at the front desk was wonderful and sat down with us when we arrived to show us a map of the must do places during our short stay in Hoi An. She organised drivers to pick us up to and from the airport, as well as to the basket boats. Also they have bicycles free to use to ride into the old town and explore! We will definitely be back for longer next time.

All the staff Katy, Tracy, lily and Lucy were amazing they went above and beyond for us, so friendly and understanding to our needs, I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Hoi An, location was good, it’s was clean and quiet with a lovely pool.

Everything good in a nice area of the city with the river directly behind the site: front desk Lucy and Katie, super helpful and personable, upgraded to a large downstairs suite (because of stair climbing difficulties) with a balcony over the swimming pool, large clean swimming pool, good breakfast inside or outside by the pool (only a breakfast restaurant, but other food was available on site through the excellent local "Sunshine" restaurant about a two minute walk down the main street.), quiet, clean, probably the best accommodation we experienced on our month long visit to Thailand and Vietnam. Just a minor inconvenience: no proper bar, but some drinks and snacks were available through room service.
