It’s a bit tired and the beach is not great.

loved the location, and the pool was spacious enough that it never felt crowded. A perfect holiday destination. The door had issues, however once we worked it out with the assistance of staff we were ok.

The property was extremely clean, amazing staff, great bar near the beach and by the pool. Amazing pool as well if you like swimming. The beach is also super private and clean if front of the hotel.

Boutique Hoi An Resort is truly my greatest discovery. For several years now, I have been visiting Hoi An every spring for about a week and have stayed in various nearby hotels, but this year I chose this one—and it quickly became my favorite place to stay. The hotel stands out with its excellent organization, beautiful location, and a stunning private beach area. The beach features fine sand, very few people, and a lovely sea, with all amenities provided—towels, sun loungers, umbrellas, and a charming beachfront café serving drinks. The swimming pool is large, well-maintained, and offers plenty of loungers for all guests. Nearby, there is a bar and café serving the pool area, as well as a well-equipped, high-quality fitness center. The hotel garden is impressive—spacious, beautifully landscaped, and maintained with exceptional care. The grass is like a carpet, watered daily and even hand-tended by the staff. The buildings are elegant and solidly constructed, with a pleasant design. The main building is taller, while the others are two-story, complemented by cozy one-story villas. The rooms are very spacious, featuring exceptionally comfortable, high-quality beds—something rarely found even in good hotels. The furnishings are carefully selected, and the bathrooms are large and highly functional, with a separate shower for added convenience. There is a generous wardrobe, desk, bedside tables with power outlets, and excellent lighting—another rare advantage that makes a real difference. The rooms are modern, quiet, and offer beautiful views. Breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff are always smiling, attentive, and highly efficient. Room care is excellent, including twice-daily housekeeping and evening turn-down service. The reception and concierge teams are extremely helpful.

Restaurant menu for lunch/dinner is a little limited.

The spa and the food were excellent There were not enough outlets to charge my devices. There were no USB ports to charge devices as well.

This was one of our favorite hotels we stayed at. The pool and beach are absolutely beautiful.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The hotel is located on the beachfront. The staff are excellent, the hotel is spotless and they have a very large pool. The hotel provides scheduled free transport to & from Hoi An old town. I will be staying there again, highly recommended. Nothing

The hotel has a private beach front. There is a small hotel bar right off the beach, that was nice having a beer watching the sunset. The pool was clean and the water was cool. There is a massage center next to the pool and another bar poolside. Breakfast was plentiful and lots of options. Large walk-in showers. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. Nothing.

Location on the beach with pool. Shuttle bus into Hoi An was great as you could enjoy the tranquility of the hotel and then experience Hoi An withing 10 minutes.

Boutique Hoi An Resort was delightful. The staff were friendly and attentive and happy to provide information about things to see, places to eat, and other local tips. I especially enjoyed the attractive gardens, the pool, and the beach access. Breakfast was delicious and varied, including plenty of Vietnamese and "Western" options. The hotel shuttle to/from Hoi An was a nice touch, and it's only a quick Grab ride if you miss the shuttle. I can't wait to return for another stay! The loud music from the neighboring nightclub was annoying on Saturday afternoon and evening, but they stopped by 9:30 pm.

Breakfast Pho and yogurt is very good. Swimming pool, lying on the bed on a private beach is also amazing! Living in the building next to the street can sound the traffic and the ppl chatting outside the door was very clearly.

What can we say! Staying here was an absolute delight! We stayed her for my partners birthday and ended up extending our stay for a night due to the hotel being so fabulous. The setting, the staff, the food, gorgeous beach and amazing pool were absolute top notch. We would highly recommended staying here for anyone looking for that boutique feel away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. What really made this place was the hospitable staff. Always smiling and offering incredible service. Thank you for making our stay so amazing. The only minute downside was having to pay for the small water bottles in our fridge in our room. The glass bottled water was free but theses were not. This did not effect our stay in anyway its just some feedback for future guests.

Amazing pool and by the beach, very clean. The breakfast spread was great and also they provided shuttles to and from the busier Hoi An town centre

Lovely hotel in a gorgeous beach location. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The massage at the spa was wonderful, I highly recommend Son.
