Free cookies upon check in, helpful staff, nice pool, clean hotel

We notified the front desk and they remedied the problem immediately. They got us into another room that was better and also much cleaner. Not sure I would stay again after that, but I did appreciate their willingness to fix the mistake and problem. They made it much less stressful than other properties might have and we appreciated that greatly. The breakfast was decent, and the main areas of the hotel were clean and pretty. The internet worked well, too.

Room was clean with lots of clean towels.

The hotel from the front and when you walked into the lobby looked very nice but when we parked in the back, everything was falling apart! Window screens falling off, windows with broken trim, everything needed painting. Looked sketchy!! The room looked worn when we went in but seemed ok but we had been traveling and were tired. Not until the next morning did I see how dirty and grotesque the room was!!! I would not have stayed in that room had I noticed! The walls were dirty and beat up. The cutain had a giant hole in it.The couch had multiple stains and the bathroom was beat up and worn. This hotel had good reviews. I dont understand how. I never write bad reviews but I felt I needed to. Hopefully other rooms were cleaner but this hotel needs much updating and deep cleaning! The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. Powdered eggs and some funky bacon. It was so incredibly with no taste. I'm not sure it was even meat. Stick to the waffles!

When we arrived to check in the clerk was on the phone and we waited over 5 minutes before he indicated he had even seen us and continued with the conversation.

Great person checking me in. Very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful. My room was a disappointment. The bed and totals were not of the best quality, but I know this is an economical hotel. What I didn't like was the ever-present overpowering humidity smell in all the room. Would not recommend nor stay here again because of that. But my service was great. Breakfast was good, too.

It was an older hotel but decently maintained. The lobby and eating area were very nice. The rooms were clean but need to be updated. The hallway carpet has wear and tear. The breakfast was your basic food. Waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us extra towels and whatever else we needed

Everything was nice and easy going. For the free breakfast they actually have eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles and full cereal bar. Lots of other yummies. Front desk guy was funny and helpful. Told us exactly where we needed to go for our room. We had our dog with us and it was a lovely stay.

Clean room, fair breakfast. Parking in front of hotel fills early, more space behind (no issues). Finding hotel via google maps, not easy to find due to street closure. Partner mentioned shampoos were not refilled (used our own)

it was very clean and the staff left it up to us on how often we wanted the room cleaned and towels changed. The breakfast was your usual motel breakfast food. one thing i didn't like was there was not a stopper in the sink which made it hard to shave.

For being a dog friendly hotel it was a good stay. Breakfast was good and well stocked. Our room was comfortable however the bathroom did have some light bulbs burned out and no hooks or racks to hang your towels. They do not clean daily or restock unless requested. We have stayed here twice and will stay there again in the future. It’s nothing fancy but decent for a long weekend with pets .

Staff were helpful and easy to work with.
