The room had stains on the wall and part of the microwave was broken. Also, there were some rusty spots, but everything worked fine. Just very dated.

We LOVED everything about this hotel! For the last 10 years our family visits Holland a few times a year and we have always stayed at a neighboring hotel and over the years it is starting to look run down. This year we decided to try something new and stay at Staybridge Suites. We were impressed the moment we walked into the front lobby. Melissa greeted me at the front desk when we arrived, later in the evening greeted by Tim who was so friendly and professional and filled with information about the hotel and Holland. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with two bedrooms, two baths, and full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and high countertop and bar stools for eating. The room was immaculate and very spacious. Great breakfast bar with large dining area, lounging area, business center, fitness center, laundry facilities, large swimming and hot tub area and our favorite was the long outdoor fire pit and patio for entertaining and grilling. We will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend.

The 2 bedroom / 2 bath suite was perfect for our family. Staff was great. Everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

good breakfast, add non-milk option We put out the clean sign only once during our stay and no one came. It was not on the weekend. Not sure if I was suppose to call?

Great hotel and great staff. Thank you Eric for switching our room after we checked in and our guest room had no AC. He switched us out with no problems.

Not a single thing. Go anywhere else!! They claimed we were a “no show” even though we messaged the property through booking.com and they said they could not honor our booking BUTTTT, that we could pay more to have our original room. The front desk man was horrible, unethical and a total brick wall. The manager was called and he was a thief. We did not receive the room we had already paid for, and the thieves seemed to win… but we’re not done. They stole over $800 and wanted us to pay for the room again otherwise they couldn’t help us. We are not done here. RUNNNNN away from this property because the front desk man said, “You have NO idea how often this happens… which means that they line their pockets off of unsuspecting families. Pure evil. Unethical. Unapologetic thieves.

We enjoy the suite, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, and nice spacious living room. It would be nice to have a little table and chairs in the living room, or a fold up one, more portable. Love it though! Wished we had a table and more chairs in the living area.

The accommodations were wonderful and the social hour (taco night) and hot breakfast were an added bonus. Front desk staff were very friendly & efficient. Very nice location convenient to the Nelis Dutch Village & Windmill Island Gardens.

Amazing property close to downtown. Great pool, outdoor seating with fireplace and grills. They offered buffet breakfast and happy hour food included. Very clean and rooms were great with kitchens

Weird guy roaming halls and front desk, appears to live there and letting fireworks off outside next room window freaking our dogs out. TV screen pixelated/broken upon arrival

The guy working the front desks at check in was awful, he kept going on and on about the hotel having a taco Tuesday that was great but they are not having it tonight ( we checked in on a Tuesday) it took him 20 minutes at the very least to check us in, because he kept talking about things they do not have. We had dinner reservations in downtown Holland at 7:30, we had to cancel because our card keys did not work we got locked out of our room for over 45 minutes, trying to get this guy to come change the batteries. He acted very dismissive about our situation and committed that “ batteries run out’ it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay!
