Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Terrible experience. People under the influence all over the building. Kept us up all night long. Miserable
-
The room was not very clean. Blinds were broken and had to turn remnant of a tiny knob to get them closed. Beds were uncomfortable.

There was nothing I liked about the hotel, it can only be described as putrid. The hotel was in a less desirable location. The room was disgusting , the floor was wet and sticky, the room had a bad odor. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Good value for money. Having the kitchen facilities was very convenient. Clean spacious room.

Where do I start! Do NOT be deceived by the exterior like I was. There is no lobby. My room which was $125.00/night was a disgrace and not worth $20/night. Sketchy doesn’t scratch the surface with this hotel. It was filthy! My room had a metal chair, no blow dryer. The door to the bathroom would’t close and had been kicked in. The handle was loosely holding on. The bed…. Ok, it was like on a metal platform. It was like a by the month stay for transit people. No breakfast, but I wouldn’t have eaten here regardless. Upon check in they have you sign 5 things. No smoking, perfect. No refunds… obvious after you see the room. I was about to walk out upon seeing this room. And if it wasn’t so late, I would have taken my loss. Please really think before you book here! It was sketchy and filthy from the moment I walked in the hotel. Dogs barked all night as well. The floor I was on (3) allows dogs. Which is fine, but just beware! There was one clean spot. The ceiling!

There was easy on and off highway 31 and it was close to other shopping centers. It was nice to have a working refrigerator. Parking was abundant and close to the building. The bedding was satisfactory. We were on the east side of the building and the highway was very noisy all night. The blinds were broken. I had to adjust them by hand. There was no coffee maker in the room. There is no coffee in the lobby. There was no one at the desk when we checked out. There was no continental breakfast. The tiles in the bedroom are loose in areas. The beds were cheap and noisy. in spite of the fact that it was a no smoking hotel, we were both awakened in the night with cigarette smoke in our room.

Quiet good location. Easy access to shops nearby.

Everything was pretty good over there so I'd suggest you stay there

It was a terrible experience. We checked in to our first room with dirty beds and you can see boogers on the wall. We got a different room but saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We decided to check out. Unfortunately, we were told there is no manager until Monday so our stay can’t be refunded until at least Expedia talks to the manager. Horrible hotel staff. Bad experience with Expedia customer service as well.

When we walked into the lobby, the worker behind the desk was great, but then a co-worker came into office dressed very inappropriately. When we got to the room and opened the fridge, a roach went scurrying down the side and under the fridge. We left immediately

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Old and dirty facilities, nonexistent and unfriendly staff. I would never return

This was our first stay at this hotel. We picked it for the kitchenette and reasonable price. My family cooks most of our own meals and liked the idea of having a place to heat up some meals and store food in a full sized refrigerator. We frequently stay at extended stay hotels with kitchenettes. This is the first time we’ve ever stayed at one that didn’t provide any kitchen resources. There was not a utensil, or cup, or dish in the kitchenette. There was no soap, there were no paper towel towels. This is basically a camping experience indoors. The space was clean, the air conditioning worked, and there was running water. But everything else was bare-bones. Expect to bring everything you need. I think that there were cookware and dishes for rent or purchase, but it was not included in the base price. This hotel seems to host a lot of extended-stay working individuals so it’s less of a family hotel. There were vending machines for some beverages, but there was no breakfast service or other snacks for purchase. There were many grocery stores and restaurants nearby so it was easy to get the things that we needed. I think we would stay here again in a pinch, but I would come with Min different supplies. I also wish there was a chair or couch in the room so you didn’t have to sit on the bed all the time.

Super friendly staff. No hooks in bathroom in room 215. Tenants loud including their dogs until after 11:00 pm. Tenants smoking in their running car with the windows down while parked in handicap spot right by the front door. LAZY!

Room was dirty and smelled really bad. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was a terrible choice. We stayed a night and barely used the bathroom our bath tub because it was so dirty. Floors were dirty and sticky too. Pictures on the website made it look nice and clean. Never staying here ever again.

Nothing. room smelled terrible. stains on the wall. and the front desk agent was next to no help. again the rooms. smelled like feet. beds looked straight out of target. stain on the walls.

It wasn’t bad as far as cheaper hotels go. So I’d say decent quality for the price. Understaffed I’d say. The beds kinda sucked but I get it. And they had alot of strange people staying there. Or living there. I think any hotel where people can get a monthly rate is a bit sketchy but overall not bad.

The noise of the people upstairs right above us we were in room 212 was constant even 3am still stomping loudly. When we made a polite call to property, our call felt inconvenient to the person who answered a nd then nothing was really done to resolve the issue. We ended up leaving a night early because we could not get any sleep with noise. Evening staff were not super helpful. We got one good staff interaction the day we checked in on 6/26 she was very kind. Air conditioning worked good, but overall stay was not an amazing experience.

The hallway and room had a bad smell. There was no coffee maker or hair dryer. Bedspread was dirty and smelled of previous guest. Tube had a large crack and had been “repaired”. There are better options in the area at the same price point.
