Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible experience. Dirty looking room, sheets, even the chair in the room was dirty with melted candy. I hate to write such a negative review but this was money my friend and spent. We ended up sleeping in the car.

The property is old an not maintained, my wife went to the toilet at 3am in the morning and the flush didn't work and flooded the room and drenched our clothes, the staff blamed it on us and didn't help in getting water out or offered another room or a toilet to use. We spoke with the manager in the morning who showed no empathy and we had to go out to find a toilet before leaving. I showed him the video of the toilet not working and I had to manually stop the water by lifting the cistern but he just blamed it on us. We paid good money for a place near the strip but it was a long walk to get there and there were some suspicious and frightening people we came across on the walk back to the Hotel. I got the impression from the staff that there policy is to do nothing to help anyone who has paid for the accommodation and that they will not take the blame for any deficiency in there Hotel as they will not under any circumstance give any compensation or refunds even though the problem is caused by there old and undermaintained products. We decided after this experience to spend our next two nights out of town and go into los angeles to see the sites, the accommodation was cheaper and was very clean and it only took us an extra 15 minutes to get to where we wanted to go. I never write bad reviews but thought that I should in this case to save other people from suffering the very poor customer service that we received from this Hotel

Room has bed begs and had to leave early because i have a 1 year old baby

It was great and comfortable!

The price was pretty good considering that it was in a good location... across the street from markets, laundry, restaurants, and a bus stop.

When we got there, the air conditioner didn’t work. They gave us the fan. We had to put it in the window there no screen on the window. The TV didn’t work not good. We actually left.

Disappointing

Staff was very helpful. Nice and clean hotel room with a great location. Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. There is a 24hr CVS and food options across the street too. Didnt struggle with parking, but it is first come, first served with maybe 10 parking spots.

Got to hotel at 1:45am after long flight. Nobody answered at front desk. After calls and contacting Expedia, saw there was a man sleeping on couch in lobby. Banged on glass until he woke up to give me my hotel card to get in. Thank goodness!

Nice

Room wasn't as clean as it needed to be . Found hair in the shower. Drawers kept opening by them selfs. There is definitely no free breakfast like it says there is.

The second night at the motel, someone was obviously having a mental episode and dragged furniture until about 4:30 in the morning. I didn't bother going to the reception because of how disengage they were.

It’s was ok for the location but not the cleanest. Little old and outdated

I don't like the fact that you have to walk by the desk every time that you want this in the party down sometimes people want and they don't need nobody much to read them

I like it because it's a little places talked out of the way it it still in the city where you can either go right to the acts very nice place to be.
