The pool and the breakfast

The food at the restaurant is kind of pricy but it was pretty good. Outdoor pool area looks awesome 😎 I will have to come back and stay a little longer to explore the amenities like the pool area and Jacuzzi. I was short on time. The front desk staff was nice as well as the people staying at the hotel. What really made me mad was the housekeeper. She was very lazy. My Husband told her we wanted full service for our room cleaning. She refused to fully do her job. She did NOT clean out the tub unfortunately. This is a huge pet peeve of mine. I feel like if you aren't going to fully do your job, why be there? Get another job if you don't like what you're doing. This is the main reason my rating wasn't higher because the lousy housekeeper only cleaned what she wanted to clean in our room.

The only issue I had was with the room door. It was very difficult to open, and when we came back, it took us quite a while to get inside because the door wouldn’t open properly. Overall, it’s a simple hotel, but it’s clean and comfortable. If you’re just looking for a place to stay for one night or a quick stop, I would recommend it.

Easy check in friendly helpful staff perfect for our overnight stay

I went there for the pool but it was dirty and so was the hot tub. Holiday Inn at Delray was amazing but here omg never again.

The hotel was located in a decent area, right off 95. It was busy when I checked in but the front desk people were very kind. I’m very big on cleanliness and the room was barely ok. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly damp the room felt even with the AC on low. I refused to walk barefoot on the carpet because it felt so gross. When I went to shower, the water pressure was awful. When I was about to go to bed I flipped the blanket and there was long hair underneath. The sheets and pillows smelled like old musty bleach. The worst part was when I finally got under the blanket, the sheets felt damp. Up on the corners where the wall and ceiling connects there were these tiny dark spots which I think may have been mold. I went to try and use their laundry room and they had one 1 functioning dryer. You have to pay $10 a day for parking, which I’ve never had to when staying at any holiday inn express. You have to also pay for breakfast so we went to dennys across the street. This hotel was at best a $85 a night hotel that jacked up their prices because of the events that were happening the weekend I was there. The only thing I give a 5 star was the service of the front desk staff. Other than that, your better off paying the extra money to stay somewhere else, I wish I would have.

The staff was amazing! Super helpful and kind!

Arrived at late night check in. Took a while there was multiple issues with other guests the attendant had to deal with. i don't agree with the deposit policy. If you pay for the room in its entirety and they have a card on file, I don't get why you have to place a deposit as well. the deposit still has not cleared off of the card, and it's been over six days. The room itself was large. spacious, and very clean, kudos to the staff. The furniture was old and had previous stains, signs of wear and tear. there was an odor in the rooms, could not make out what it was. There were no linens for the pull out bed. the air conditioner in the bedroom was very loud and rattled the entire stay.

Only their for about 9 hours. Sleep and catch an airplane. Some of the plugs in room 403 do mot work. We had 2 phones and a cpap that needed charging. Very inconvenient.

Hot tub and pool area.

Hotel was nice, room was clean and the amenities were fine but the hot tub was broken as in the water it was cold. We like to book our hotels around whether or not they have a hot tub lol and this one was not working.

Most hotels let you check in a little early on weekdays, but here wants to charge extra for an hour early arrival and stuff was not pleasant about wanting to help
