The gym was good, although it was pretty limited. It had an elliptical, treadmill, free weights, and possibly a yoga room, so there weren’t a ton of workout options. One thing I really appreciated was the on-site laundry, which made it very convenient to wash clothes during my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

no ice- front desk guy said they are fixing it, nothing else he can do. it is 90 degree out. we complain then they must have went ant bought the ice!

It was about 10 mins to the FLL airport. Different information provided by employees, some parts renovated, rust on light fixtures and door hinges. Dark and questionable. Breakfast was super processed but they tried.

It was very clean. Smelled very nice. Great size clean room. It’s nothing I didn’t like. Was only there for 1 night and would stay again.

The location was convenient, and I appreciated having a place to stay for the seven days I needed to be in the area for medical reasons. The cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and customer service were unacceptable. In both rooms, the floors were so dirty that my clean white socks turned black within about one minute of walking around. The first room had no microwave and a nonworking phone. The second room had a malfunctioning door and lock that made me feel unsafe, and staff were aware of the problem but did nothing to correct it. The ceiling also had extensive spotting and discoloration that was concerning for moisture damage and possible mold or microbial growth. The towels, sheets, and pillows need improvement as well. Additionally, some of the kitchen staff looked at guests with visible disdain, which felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. A deeply disappointing stay with serious cleanliness, safety, maintenance, and hospitality concerns that management urgently needs to address.

Breakfast is a plus.
