It's ok if you are on a budget

Please have towels and wash cloths in the room. Please ensure the toilet flushes. Please ensure the AC works in the summer.

The complementary breakfast was okay, maybe bad timing of coming down, but everything was half gone/gone. No labels on the food or coffee/hot water in pumps. Same tongs for sausage and eggs being used. Staff was really nice and helpful. As expected the hotel was pretty outdated. The major concerns I had, the water did not drain well in the bathroom shower and sink. The mattresses were also really dirty in our room. Sheets and cases were clean but the actual mattresses needed a deep clean.

Booked for 4 nights stayed 2 and ran away. Not deserved to be called a hotel . Very bad experience. No house keeping for the 2 nights i stayed ac noisy , allowed dor across the room that barked all night . Staff was notified that refrigerator is not working and waved it like I didn't make the request. Room smells like mildew and need update desperately. Canceled 2 nights and never going back . Also wi fi sucks

Customer service was great. Airport shuttle was nice, they have outdoor pool and breakfast. Great place to stay 👌

My stay was more than exceptional, everything was nice and very smooth from check in to check out.

Could really do with an onsite bar

Disappointed that I couldn’t get breakfast or use shuttle buses due to an early morning check in.

Beautiful lake and views the property is a bit dated inside . The Tub was dirty and no soap.pool was beautiful but I did not use it. The laundromat only takes coins and they don’t give change at the front desk so had to do laundry off property. The breakfast was a bit disorganized and disappointing. Limited options and not replenished. The shuttle driver was also trying to restock food I felt sorry for him he tried his best. Most of the staff were friend. There was only one young lady who had a bit of an attitude.

Property could use modern upgrades, amenities included.

Good day,I book this room for one night due to working late and not wanting to drive for 2 hours home.room 412 ,got to the room it was not even attempt to clean after the last guest.iwas so tired and disappointed.I ask if I could clean it and not be charged she say no cause no manager is on duty it was almost 1am in the night so that gave me no choice but to go home doing a 2 hour drive after a long workday.

Pésimo todo

First night had roaches . Curtin was filthy ac was very dusty and dirty rugs were filthy barely stayed in the room lobby smelled horrible .

After reading some negative reviews after I booked I was so happy to find this hotel clean, freshly painted, with great staff.

Every staff was very professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I was assigned a room on the 1st floor; I told Giovanna that I did not want a room on the 1st floor. She was extremely pleasant and with a big smile, she said "no problem I will change it". I had a great stay.. The breakfast was great, staff were very professional.
