Hardest bed I've ever slept on in my life. Called about it and they said every bed in the hotel in the same.

This was perhaps the best-valued hotel I ever stayed in HK. Except for the distance to the closest MTR and the room wasn't properly tidied on the second day of stay (bed tidying was not complete and coffee bags not refilled), everything else was perfect! I will definitely come back to stay again.

Location was good.

The location is well connected to bus and tram routes, and not far from MTR. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around. The staff were really lovely, and the room was clean and well maintained. Amenities are available for a fee to reduce waste which I appreciated! The bed was very firm and noisy, and the window didn’t open. Also a minor detail but the wifi required multiple sign ins.

The location is good Sadly we felt like the property is much better presented online than in real life. The rooms are tiny, the bathrooms are not clean, the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, especially the check-out team. More interested in eating their food on the reception desk than helping you - checkout took 20min for some reason.

we like that is located in a quite yet in few blocks away youll find alot of restaurants and the wan chai mrt station. nothing.

(1) Very conveniently situated in Wan Chai. (2) Room had a well-balanced layout. (3) Receptionists were consistently courteous whether in person or over the phone. (1) The double bed blanket was a bit too thin for winter; I folded it to create two layers for more warmth. (2) Very limited number of TV channels (3) While my stay was pleasant and undisturbed, in fact there are no security measures to prevent non-residents from entering the hotel. E.g. The lift does not require access card to operate. (4) The light switches do not clearly indicate which lamps they correspond to. Always takes me several switches to turn on the lights I have in mind.

Location was good, 5min taxi drive from the busy bars but far enough away not to be affected by them. Lots of Circle K, 7/11 etc all around too. Very quiet room (top floor 23), great aircon. Cleanliness wasn't great. 'Boutique' hotel it isn't. Looks like an old place that's had a cheap half decent renovation but starting to get worn again. Shower curtain mouldy and should be replaced. There was also a water supply problem that didn't affect taps and shower but the toilet was not flushable nearly half my week there. This is Hong Kong, not a third world country. I was provided a small bucket to manually flush.
