Close to the city center with amazing views from the room Everything was fine

Close to my friend.

The hotel is clean and quiet. The windows in my room gave me a very good view of the neighbourhood. I love it. My bed was small but very comfortable. Cleaning staff and most front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The front desk girl was cold to me when I checked at night of 14th. She is kind of snoby. All other staff were very nice to me.

Room is a little small but serves the purpose.

The room size is quite decent in Hong Kong!

the shuttle service staff are very nice Room is too small.

I asked them for battery and they gave to me .. pool is good but usually closed Terrible experience, would never stay here again. The room was extremely small, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, causing us severe back pain throughout our 4-day stay. The overall services were very poor. To make matters worse, the reception staff were completely uncooperative and strictly refused to grant us even a 30-minute late check-out. Housekeeping did not clean the room properly, and the swimming pool was closed the entire time. On top of all that, the hotel's location is isolated and in an area completely devoid of any services. A highly disappointing stay that I will definitely never repeat.

Good location and good price

Well, the hotel is 1 km from the subway. Not a big deal, until you realize (half way there) that it's through a very, very steep road. Stairs, slopes, more stairs, even more slopes... There's a free shuttle from Hong Kong subway, and you should absolutely use it. But on the first day there, we didn't know it was going to be so hard to get there. The room was nice, even if a bit outdated. The view was completely and absolutely stunning (perks of being in the top of a mountain). If, after reserving, we had gotten a short message informing us of the grueling way there and the existence of a free shuttle bus from the subway, it would have been great.

We had a very good experience at this hotel; while it might not be the most modern anymore, everything worked well, the room was very clean (and spacious for HK standards), and overall it offers great value for money considering how expensive the city can be; we also loved the view of the city skyline from our room! The hotel is actually just a few minutes' walk from a very nice area of the city (mid-levels escalator), which is close to nice bars, coffee places for breakfast, restaurants, and nightlife. Just bear in mind that this is an uphill part of town, and the escalators stop working at midnight, meaning that to go back up to the hotel, you either need a bus, a cab, or to walk. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel for the smaller buses, but we tended to walk or take a cab, which are reasonably priced. There's nothing that needs to be addressed in my opinion.

Staff unfortunately wasn’t really helpful or informative

Located in the mid-levels, near the top of the escalator (which only goes down up till 10am.) The deluxe suite we had booked was adequately spacious (for Hong Kong). The room smelt of moth balls. While tea and coffee are provided the rooms, you have to ask for 'creamer', which is not made obvious - I thought it had just been forgotten. We have been staying there about twice a year for several years and there is never any acknowledgement that they have seen us before.
